Didn't realize they changed from a touchless car wash. It didn't dry the car very well. I had to go home and dry it myself with my blower. Too bad, I'll have to find another touchless car wash elsewhere.

Don't appreciate the cashier lying to me about the washroom being out of order. I'm a paying customer , and staff have the nerve to lie about the washroom being out of order. Skip this gas station and go to a different esso. Wish I could slap the cashier.

So disappointed that the carwash is no longer touchless!! Have had terrible damage to my paint from other brush style car washes so I will not chance this new one.

Don’t buy gift cards here they sell used Apple cards and gift cards and they don’t care. They know it and they don’t care.
Twice in two weeks go back nobody take the money that’s it. Don’t buy gift cards here they won’t work or some of them. They just don’t care because there’s nothing either so I can do that.

Drove there for gas as it posted a relatively competitive price, only to learn that none of their regular gas pumps work (no explanations from the clerk on duty). It was too much trouble to drive to another gas station, so customers were forced to buy and pay for the premium gas price.

So I gassed up my car and the receipt printer was out of order. Went in to pay for a wash and the cashier told me to scan my card. I said where and she pointed down and said, where the sign is. I looked around and below me to my left were two scanners. I said which one and she said, read the sign. The sign turned out to be a piece of paper smaller than a business card. She was not polite during any of this. I finally did the scan and went back in line for the car wash. Turns out it's no longer touchless. They replaced it in January. There were no signs. Inside the wash, the signs were unclear as well. No doors to open and close to give you a clue. I didn't know the wash was over so it started soaping my car again. I left with soap over much of my car and had to go home and wash it off with a garden hose. At least the lady behind the counter gave me a coupon for a free wash.

I’ve come to the consensus that all Esso stations purposely don’t refill their receipt paper to save money. The new car wash system doesn’t dry cars efficiently.
