Store staffs are rude and generally not interested in helping you. Delivery communication was awful and the products came in are so low quality. Wrong assemble pieces came in and wood panels smell awful and look disgusting. Will never buy anything again from this store.

HORRIBLE QUALITY of their pieces and bad customer service. Save yourself the headache and money and look for furniture elsewhere. My partner Rob and I bought a Bird Angled Corner seat from EQ3. We bought the floor model at the home show. Our associate that helped us said the condition was new, even though we were buying the floor model. 3 weeks into having this new sofa the fabric started lifting looking as though someone had just laid fabric over a piece of furniture, it looked horrible and cheap. The website states their fabrics are covered for 1 year under warranty. EQ3 sent an outsourced company to have a look at our sofa, we were told it could not be repaired and offered us a $400 giftcard to the store after having spent over $1700 on this sofa, this was the only option given to us at the time. Finally after continuously vocalizing our concerns to EQ3 they said we could return the sofa in May for a full store credit, but we had to return it, it would not be picked up, we were on holiday and we also drive a sedan, when we finally returned from holidays and told them we would return with our friends truck, they said the warranty had expired even though it had not been one year since the purchase. So now we are left with a very cheap/broken look. Save yourself the headache and money and go anywhere but EQ3, never again will I be purchasing pieces from them.

We bought the Replay Daybed and are delighted with it.
It is shipped with protective wood panels that are bolted to the bottom of the daybed. Normally the bolts are simple to unscrew. However two of the bolts had been driven in at an angle which stripped the threads and made it impossible to remove the bolts.
Unlike the experiences related by other reviewers, EQ3 provided an excellent response and had a technician spend several hours dismantling the affected area and removing the bolts. Although packing and shipping errors are a hassle, the important thing is that EQ3 responded promptly and fixed the problem.

I ordered my furniture on black friday 2019(6 dining chairs and some small items), the order shows that my items were shipped on 13 Dec, so I arranged several housewarming activities during Christmas. Unfortunately I didn't get my furnitures on time and have to show guests a poor look of my home, and I didn't get them by the end of 2019. How embarrassing it is! There is no reply after a phone call and several enquiries via email...no reply totally.
I am very very very very disappointed for the delivery service. The furniture quality is good but the whole experience is terrible! I bought furnitures on other shops, EQ3 is the worst of them, no doubt!
I read back my 4 years ago post, except for that delivery service, the product quality, design is great. So I change my rating to 4 star. EQ3 has very good quality products and you can use it forever.

Can't talk about other products but the flimsy, squeaky Monarch bed frame I've bought from them would cost $100 at Ikea not $2000. It's that cheaply made. Now I know why you cannot review products on their website, most of them would be 1 star.

Pretty bad customer service.
Bought a piece of furniture online where delivery is a requirement (which costs $99). Figured I'd call later to change it to pickup since that option is available when buying at a physical store. It was last day of a sale and stores were already closed, so online was the only option.
Well, they are simply unwilling to make the change that because of whatever limitation in their system. They have to cancel an order (which comes with 20% restocking fee) and then place it again. They are not willing to waive that fee or deduct it from a new order even though I don't actually wish to cancel. I understand why changes can be difficult if it's already being shipped, but they haven't even started manufacturing the piece!
Customer service rep said there's nothing they can do because of their "policy". I guess with EQ3 common sense goes out of the window.
Probably my last time shopping here. There are plenty of other furniture retailers with much better customer service and better pricing overall.
Update: Got a call back from them. They were willing to waive the shipping fee entirely. Works for me, but doesn't change the fact that inability to adjust this without complaining makes no sense. ?

You spend thousands of dollars on your furniture, delivery, and installation. Yet, when the delivery company arrives, they ask you to sign a damage waiver before they even start! This essentially makes me liable for any damage they cause in my home while doing their job. Also, they left my home in a mess, with stains on the walls and garbage on the floor! I cannot believe this is the level of customer service and support from a high-end furniture store in Vancouver.

I bought a Cello sectional in camel fabric and could not be happier. It somehow manages to be roomy without feeling or looking oversized.
A sofa is a major purchase, so I went back and forth on styles and fabrics (mine was out of stock, which meant I had to wait - worth it). Seema helped me with the purchase, and she was incredibly patient. When she was away, Michael helped me as well.
I was pleased with the service and the sofa. Great experience all around!

They actually let me sit in the office chairs without an appointment. Unlike Heritage office Furnishings and Brooks Cornering.
It’s a simple hassle free experience to try out the chairs. Staff is friendly no complaints with this place.

Beautiful collection but inferior/mediocre quality.
I purchased a new couch from EQ3, 3 years later ight side of the couch was sinking. I opened a claim to activate warranty (EQ3 claims has a 25-years warranty) and after 4 months of back and fourth with Customer Service, they came back saying it was "normal wear of the product" acknowledging their products have a deficient quality for its price.

Love the two couches we purchased. They look even better in our home than they do on the showroom floor!!! The designs are sleek and functional, and colors are rich. Lewna, our sales associate, was wonderful: patient, articulate, and knowledgeable.
