Had a great experience with these guys, Went to get an oil change on my 22 gladiator and everything went smooth. Arthur was very helpful, answered all my questions and everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Thanks I will be having these guys as my dealership from now on.

We bought our vehicle at a different dealership simply because it was available elsewhere. I have found the parts and service departments to be extremely courteous and helpful. We’re currently awaiting parts to become available for a recall issue, but otherwise the services have been terrific.

Such friendly people - including the lovely receptionist Riley We purchased a pre owned vehicle - no pressure - great advice. Excellent service from Alan and Donald the finance and manager. Also shout out to Leah - Ann. This is our second vehicle from Ensign and they are always great and would highly recommend.

I want to share my experience with the service department at Ensign, particularly regarding the corrosion issue with the Wrangler JL door hinges. After bringing this concern up during a recall visit, the advisor agreed to refer it to the body shop for a warranty quote. However, after not hearing back for over a week, I called only to find the advisor had forgotten about my case.
Weeks passed, and I found myself in a similar situation with a different advisor, still waiting for a quote. It was frustrating to see such delays for a simple estimate. As we entered 2024, I called again, only to discover they had switched body shops. This constant runaround left me dissatisfied, especially since my vehicle is still under corrosion warranty.
I eventually took my Jeep to Richmond Chrysler (now GoDodge Richmond), where they welcomed my concerns and advised me to wait to ensure all corrosion was addressed correctly. They even provided a document with my VIN showing the expiration of my corrosion warranty and assured me they would handle it.
In contrast, Ensign's service felt dismissive. When I informed them of my switch to Richmond Chrysler, they seemed unconcerned and didn’t attempt to retain me as a customer. It was clear they were unwilling to address my issue properly.
After eventually getting a quote for the necessary repairs, I learned it would cost $12,500—an amount Ensign was evidently not willing to handle under warranty. Their apparent lack of interest in customer care was astonishing, especially considering how swiftly the other dealer completed my estimate and received approval from Stellantis without issue.
I was also disappointed by Ensign's follow-up call about my service experience. Instead of seeking to improve, the representative simply offered an apology and moved on.
If you value your time and want to be treated with respect, I highly recommend seeking another Jeep dealer. My experience with Ensign was frustrating and unprofessional, and I’m glad I found another dealer that values customer service.
This dealer obviously does not want you as a customer if it involves warranty work. Warranty work means the advisors don't get paid for it. That sounds like a problem for dealers and their brand to solve and should not be put on the customer who are spending a lot of money on these vehicles.
