“I recently bought a camera and had a fantastic experience, all thanks to George Chaplin. He was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and even responding promptly when I emailed him about accessing my extended care plan.
However, I did have an issue with the cashier. Despite me spelling my name letter by letter, the cashier still managed to get the first letter wrong, which meant I had to make a return trip to fix the mistake just to receive emails about my purchase. To top it off, I noticed the manager seemed to think George was to blame and subtly suggested he be more careful. I almost spoke up but was relieved when George clarified that he wasn’t the one who entered my information. Overall, I truly appreciate George’s support, but I think the checkout team could use a bit more attention to detail.”
