Stephen helped me to pick out a furniture package that I like and works with my budget.Unfortunately, this furniture did not fit in my building elevator, so it had to be taken back. The team did this without issue and Stephen assured me that he would find something that works for me.Stephen emailed me right away with the measurements that works and styles of furniture that work.He helped me find a new set that I actually like way better. :)The turn around from picking the first furniture set to the second and final delivery was only a few days :)I am more that pleased with the service I received.Thank you so much!!

I am absolutely impressed with Easy Home! All furniture was in immaculate condition and great pieces. I ordered the wrong coffee table set and they fixed the problem immediately! I received the right set within 2 hours. Where else can you get the type of service? Caroline was professional, friendly and she is good at what she does! The delivery guys were courteous and quickly assembled some pieces. Thanks everyone.

The delivery guys were very pleasant and helpful. Amazing set of staff and delivery guys. I’ve worked closely with Caroline and she has been amazing and helpful. Always so friendly on the phone and in person. In fact, D oesn’t matter who picks up the phone or helps me, they’re always friendly and welcoming.

Manager is great very friendly staff and great products! I have had no issues and whatever issues I did have they took care of it. I highly recommend easy home at Kings gate mall. Best location by far.

I was so pleased with the service at Easyhome! It is so stressful to be in the situation where you need a loan in the first place, let alone going through the process of filling out paperwork, getting all the banking documents and all the rest of it. Aldwin was so kind and compassionate, he really wanted to help me. He took me efficiently through the application process from start to finish, and made it painless. I was able to access a much needed loan with him through Easyhome. I had a loan in a matter of a few days. What a game changer this is for me. Thank you Aldwin and thank you Easyhome.

Steven was the sale man that helped meWith Steven's excellent customer service skills and his professional knowledge of the products i was looking for , i was able with the help of Steven to get the products in a extremely quick and easy,Steven called my references and was very professional with all my references , Steven also worked with me and even got me a better bi-weekly payment and then in less then one hour both products were delivered to my front door , over all i would say Steven is by far the most professional and more importantly the most honest customer service/ sales man i have ever dealt with , Steven made my experience so easy and fast , Thank you Steven
