Easy to make a reservation on line, called to say we would be late and they moved the reservation 15m, warm greeting, great table, Grace was a terrific server, food fast to arrive and delicious! Really excellent all around. Live half price wine night!!

Earls has always been on of my favourite restaurants for many years . I haven't been there for some time but 2 friends and I had lunch at Fir Street in Wed. June 12 . The last time I was there I had a big delicious cheese burger so I ordered it again at lunch. What a disappointment. It looked like a McDonald's burger with the thinnest piece of beef. They charge $24 dollars for that , which is totally unreasonable. I asked for a side salad instead of fries which you charge an extra $3 for. Again the house salad used to be very good full of great things. This side salad was a small bowl of lettuce. Thats all. Not a single vegetable . This is no value for the money spent. Sorry to say, unless things change I won't be back and will not be recommending . I am certainly aware of inflation and rising cost of food, but I don't like feeling In being talked advantage of. On a positive not the service was good

As I watched two tables that were seated after us and ordered after us, their food was delivered before ours. My burger arrived and it as blackened cardboard. I was offered another burger but had already waited so long, if I didn't have plans I would've accepted a new burger but the wait time was too long.

We had a surprise Birthday Lunch for our good friend, and the Staff were great! They brought the Birthday dessert 'creme brulee', with the candles I gave them, and sang Happy Birthday!

The service was minimal, they didn't bring ketchup with fries, and they forgot after ordering, and when they brought the second reminder that they had run out of fries, the toilet was dirty.

We came to earls with my children today and had Andrew as one of our servers. He was phenomenal, fast service and dealt with my daughters gluten sensitivity very well, double checking with the kitchen and the allergen menu.

Great service and atmosphere. I loved the pineapple mule non alcoholic drink. The appies came super fast.I ordered a tortelini truffled Steak. It was not super flavorful. The broccoli was overpowering the truffles flavor. I had tried the parmesan truffle chicken before. It was much better than the steak. They have a parking lot for clients, it has a few spots.

We booked through OPEN TABLE with a specific notes about celebrating a friends birthday and a private booth for seating - this did not occur. Its been 13 years since I last visited this restaurant , 11 years for my friend, and 2 years since I have been able to see my friend - coordinating our schedules to meet up was a monumental task and for the moment of surprising him with a birthday cake lacking, took this special experience completely away. Our food took 1.5 hours to arrive , we were there a total of 3 hours! For the record our waitress Helen is an absolute gem. This review is not at all about her , we tipped generously and appreciated her sweet nature and smile. After we finished up and were ready to leave, my friend went to wash his hands, I took the moment to ask the hostess of why the note on file specific to my friends birthday was ignored. She immediately looked to resolve this admitting fault and offering cake to take home - however we were already leaving and the special moment to surprise him was gone. She stated she accepts full responsibility for this.We understand things occur time to time, glitches etc, however upon further reflection, what resonates is the expensive bill we paid for with generous tip , EXPECTING a flawless evening with no issues, this is why I paid a lot of money to eat here.We watched a table who arrived after us, celebrate a birthday too - staff were prepared for that but not us?Accepting full responsibility is one thing , but saying that means absolutely nothing without proper action, even offering some form of compensated future meal etc. A redo of another evening but on the house to try and replicate that kind gesture I tried to show my dear friend.Truly, when it comes down to it, this highly anticipated moment of seeing our friend after 2 years was totally ruined - what's funny is that he has no idea that this error occurred. What's not acceptable : Note on OPEN TABLE requested a private booth and celebrate my friends birthday - notes ignored. Food 1.5 hours. No responsibility for dropping the ball and full price paid.Staff were polite and nice don't get me wrong but I am pissed about the rare moment ruined and RARELY review with 1 star for a business.

Went for a late lunch after my son's graduation and was able to Norden from the Happu Hour menu. The seafood platter for $70 was actually worth the cost. Didn't think it would be. Also had the truffle fries and chicken lettuce wraps. Staff was very friendly. Have not been here for a while but definitely recommend this location.

Riley was the absolute goat, best service I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. Would highly recommend asking to be seated in his section. Will definitely return to the establishment. 12/10
