The experience was amazing and our waiter was fantastic . I've forgotten his name but he was young male with brown hair and a somewhat British accent! He catered to our needs so professionally and with great customer care ?

Earls kitchen was a Hopping place on a Saturday. We enjoyed our light meal of Yam fries and chicken Ceasar salad. We also enjoyed watching the young crowd at the bar enjoying happy hour. Sophie, our waiter, was bubbly and attentive! Would definitely recommend!

We came in without any reservations and met with Alex who took care of us . Very efficient service from Alex and we orders sea food platter , amazing incredible flavour . Thank you very much for Alex , we throughly enjoyed the evening

After having reservations for 2 and being set a four top table we asked if we needed to move and they said no. After first drink and order placed, nine people came in with reservations for 5 came in. Manager asked us to move instead of making them wait or sit inside. We then preceeded to leave. Terrible response from Earl's Manager.

Our waiter Alistair was very patient and accommodating and cheerful a big plus when you're in the service industry. The staff changed our table to a bigger one because there's 5 of us and we were very happy with this. The food was great and service. We went on Mother's Day so it was a great experience dining at Earls which I've been a customer for 20 years. Thank you and keep up the good work!!!!

Manager was not helpful. Asked to be seated outside, sat us inside stating that he would work on it. He personally did not follow up. We asked the server to follow up. No response. Meanwhile, there was certainly seating outside. None had reserve signs. When we left the same tables were empty. Service was poor. Other servers seemed to be more efficient and assisted our table, thoughts it is the luck of the draw. Volume of music was too loud. They did turn it down. It wasn't overly busy, no reason to have it so loud considering the overall clientele being seated for early dinner at 6:00 on a Thursday. Food was good but need to be careful with the cooking the broccolini. It was not warm. Needs to be the last thing plated and ensure that it is cooked correctly. Overall their competition pays more attention to the details. I would go back and give them another chance. I am not saying it was bad, just needs more customer training. Probably needs a secret shopper to ensure that company policies and expectations are being followed.

A bit of a dissapointment on our visit May 4th. My husband made a reservation for 6pm on a Saturday, several days before. I would have expected a nice table or booth along the window side, but unfortunately ours was a very small, high bar table, right beside the bar. Not ideal. We were celebrating our 25th Anniversary, but it was so loud in there, we couldn't even talk to each other. I asked for water, to which I was asked if tap water was okay, which it is, however it had a very bad taste to it. I ordered the chicken fettecinni. I had to spit out the chicken as it was fatty and looked uncooked. Our waiter never came back during our meal to ask how everything was. When I was done, he finally came by. I could barely hear him above all the loud noise. I told him my dinner was okay, but seemed like the chicken wasn't cooked. He apologized and sent the manager over. She was very kind and apologized, offered a discount on my meal. I can only say that this location, we have visited many times, even on our first date 25 years ago, has not kept its lovely charm of an upscale restaurant. Now more of a pub with sports tvs and loud customers. I'm not sure if we will be back.

Despite booking a reservation for a special occasion, we were seated in a dirty area on the front patio with flies. The Chardonnay we ordered had a dead fly in it. Although the manager relocated us promptly, we received no further attention, and our server failed to fulfill our order. This fell short of the service I expect from Earls. Unfortunately, this visit solidified Earls on Robson as my least favorite location in the Lower Mainland.

Thanks to Open Table we were able to get our seats quickly, even though we had to wait a minute for the rest of our party. There was an issue with our order, but the server was very helpful and they were apologetic, so all was forgiven. We had the seafood tower which was really good. All the items were fresh and very flavorful. The presentation was nice as well. It's crazy that no one in Canada seems to know what a Cosmopolitan is, but they had other options. Overall I would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

Love their selection of drinks and food. Non happy hours can be a bit pricey. They've added some more cocktails on the menu. Their service is excellent; shoutout to our server Matheus - he was wonderful!
