Amazing Company. Responsive, Great team. I coult not ask for a better IT support team. I have read all the reviews an shocked by the negative ones. I speak to the "billing" person frequently and she is the single most helpful and kind person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She goes above and beyond every time and so patient explaining things to me. Jon has a great team of technitians working for him who have bailed me out of a couple of tricky technical spots. Thank you to this amazing company. I cannnot say enough great about these guys. I think the negative reviews must just be negative people and they need to get a life! Stay Safe.

I really like the owner Jon. Nice guy, hardworking. I think he is trying to do everything on his own with scant resources. His intentions are pure. However the server has gone done on more than one occasion and not for just a few minutes but HOURS. No company should be down for hours. Moreover the other partner (the billing woman) is impossible to work with and is one of the reasons we have to move on. She is rude, unresponsvie and unprofessional and when we have complained very openly regarding her obvious inability to do her job properly, we are met with silence. She has never apologized for any of the unprofessionalism she exhibits and moreover she seems even more arrogant. A true professional would reach out to an important client and say "hey - we are sorry, let's see if we can work together." Yeah - that isn't happening at all.Combined with the occasional down server, the whole thing became just too much. I will give credit to Jon for both his hard work and his ability to answer the phone no matter what and answer any question. If you are able to withstand some of the pitfalls, Jon is great to work with.We do wish Jon the best however but we had to change services after working with Jon for years. It just became obvious that our national online company needed to be in a different professional environment. I have suggested that he remove this other person but it seems she is a "partner" (to what degree who knows - Jon is the only one that seems to be working) so the whole thing is just not right for us anymore.

I am so insanely impressed with this business. Backstory: My laptop (Acer Aspire E 16) keyboard suddenly started having problems. Certain keys (w, e, r, tab weren't working). Obviously extremely frustrating. After doing a ton of software things (rebooting, filter keys, internal battery reset...) I deduced that it must've been a hardware issue. After reviewing some DIY videos for my specific model - I realized it was an impossibility to do it myself. So I ordered a generic E5-575 keyboard off Amazon ($40, 2 day shipping with Prime) for expediency. Now, I needed to find a service provider that could execute a complex keyboard change. Search: I called a few nearby shops: some places were reluctant to give me quotas, and others gave vague promises of timeline. I was in a rush - I filtered on Yelp for a shop that was open both Sunday and late - and found this business. I called the number, a lovely woman picked up, and promised me her business partner (the more computer-savvy one as they do a diversified amount of services) would call me back. He did within an hour (they truly are available on a 24h basis!) and we had a few transparent conversations both over the phone and on text that night. Execution: Jon Barber is an extremely reliable, extremely nice, and AWESOME individual to work with. He was willing to pick up and drop off the laptop + keyboard from my residence (although we later met at a halfway point that was convenient for me given my schedule), and gave me a quick turnaround (just 2 hours!). After having picked up my laptop and the keyboard, he worked with his business partner (that had specific expertise regarding this type of change), and even told me that the # of hours that would go into this was more than expected. Do you know how rare this is? They charge per hour and gave me a fair warning to how long it would take (and then we settled on it in the interim) instead of just going ahead and stiffing me with the bill later. Can't have any more good things to say. Come here for anything you need.

I have been using these guys for a few years, nothing ever changes, horrible customer service, zero follow up when something is requested , never clear if it has been done or they argue they have never received the request even when I screenshot conversations through their help desk platform, which is super confusing. The only good thing about them is cost.

I have been using Dynaworx for my graphic design business for 10 years now. They have always responded quickly to my emails and helped me out when I have needed it. They offer a personal touch that is invaluable in my mind.

OMG! I was just looking up the address for my hosting company Dynaworx and noticed a review had been left, then I looked closer and could not believe my eyes. I use Dynaworx systems and have never encountered anything but awesomeness. I can only think that we never leave reviews when we are happy. People really only complain when they want to whine about some perceived injustice. Who is that person that thought Dynaworx was so terrible. SHAME ON YOU! They go above and beyond for me every time, I can only think that you must be a very miserable person! Live, Love and be happy........... I am, especially with Dynaworx! I had to jump to their defense.

Absolutely terrible - terrible service. Replied to 2 emails from you to confirm renewal of my domain (directly following instructions in your emails to me) Then received a notice that the domain had expired!! Called just now and spoke to an agent who tried to blame gmail for the problem. I said it was unacceptable that his was happening and that I didn't appreciate her tone or voice. She then hung up on me - what appalling customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
