Friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was on the ball to help out and was genuinely friendly. They gave me impression they enjoyed their work. Made it a very good experience and made me want to go here more.

Went in last minute close to closing for a dress for a holiday party and the associate was amazing! Gave me tons of options and was just all around fun to chat and shop with. Bad memory for names but the receipt says Zaeema - so if that’s the sassy associate who brought me several different outfit choices then thank you ?

The store manager is so bad he doesn’t know how to deal with customers and employees properly and talks to the customers in a bad tone as if he wants to fight with us

I had great service in the fitting rooms but when I went to pay, I had a gift card and I wasn’t sure how much was on it which I told the lady at till, she asked how much I thought was on there and I said around $20 and she completed the purchase, I said I didn’t need the card and it could be thrown out because I assumed my purchase would have used everything on there and there is no point in carrying and empty gift card around. After the purchase was done I asked how much ended up being on the card and she said she just rung it through as $20??? She didn’t even check how much was on the card. Again, I said I didn’t know how much was on there but she didn’t take the few seconds to properly check the balance before putting my purchase through and throwing out the card. There was only two people behind me in line. There was no excuse for this poor service.

I placed an online order but never received the item. Cannot contact the fleet optics (delivery company) and I kept calling and emailing and chatting with Dynamite team with no answer. I will definitely try charge back and will recommend it to any customer that have not received their orders. So frustrated

Erik saved the day! A few weeks ago, I placed an online order for some satin pants, in two different colours. Despite ordering the same size and style, the sizing for the waist, ended up being different (about 2 inches different in length). Could have been some manufacturing issue. I was unable to return it, as it was final sale. I called customer service and went to the store for further assistance. Erik was able to help assist me in returning and buying the correct sizes I needed. He was super understanding and empathetic to my situation. He went above and beyond to make my shopping experience great and memorable. I am so grateful for his help. I hope he gets a raise and promotion. He is the best in customer service! Thanks again Erik!

Eric and the whole team were absolutely amazing!! Eric took the time to help me find outfits for my upcoming trip when I was super stressed coming in. Easily the best customer service I’ve had at a clothing store - ever.

The manager of this location, Eric, is amazing!! He spent an hour of his time helping me find the perfect outfit for my birthday. I haven’t had such an attentive, fun, honest team of employees help me in a change room like that… ever! The staff here are so great and the clothes are so cute. Highly recommend :)

Emma and Eric killed it in and out of the fitting rooms. They helped with every concern, got different sizes quickly, were kind and amazing. They say dynamite is the new aritzia but honestly this location is that and more. They have everything aritzia lacks with true personality and an enjoyable fitting room experience ❤️

The girl that worked there lied about processing my refund on an order that was cancelled. It has been two weeks and the funds have not been refunded. I only went to the store because their customer service team would not let me cancel the order online.

When I walked in the person working at the front looked at me up and down, then continued folding clothes. Not even the absolute minimum was achieved by staff here.

This store really need to work on their customer service. Avoid shopping from Dynamite pacific center location. Girls who are working here are very rude with lack of retail experience. I had a worse experience shopping.
