The shirt was packaged carefully and shipped quickly using Canada Post Expedited. I am over the moon to have this shirt. ** Edit: Within a couple of hours of leaving the review below about my disappointing experience with the denim repair services, I was contacted by the owner about making this situation right. Today, we spoke on the phone and the owner has offered to go absolutely above and beyond to ensure my jeans will be correctly repaired. I believe him when he says how seriously he takes customer service and that he is committed to ensuring his business lives up to its reputation for excellence. I'll be happy to update this review with another photo once the repair has been redone, but I didn't want to leave a one-star review up when I feel my concerns have already been addressed with care.
** Previous review: Despite all the recommendations online, I didn’t have a good experience with Dutil’s denim repair service. I bought a pair of jeans second hand and found they had a hole near the fly. I looked online and saw Dutil was unequivocally cited to be the top denim repair place in the city. I emailed the store and asked if they could assist and how long it would take, and they said they could do the repair with a two-week turnaround time. The end result, pictured, took three and a half months. I called the shop multiple times to ask for an ETA, and each time I was told the seamstress was on vacation but would be back in a couple days and call me. After months of this, the seamstress finally called me back and told me she’d been trying to reach me at the wrong number, which may be true but felt unlikely given how many times I had called. In the end, the photo shows the repair, which frankly looks like someone went over the hole in a bunch of directions with white thread - I guess I’ll try that myself next time?

Came here to have a look for some jeans, had amazing luck I left with three pairs (one ordered online and two purchased in store). The man working made the experience a breeze. He knew the fit and styles exactly. I was very impressed with the whole experience. I will 100% be coming back to the shop and recommending everyone I know to check them out!

Well run shop with lots of cool denim/niche fashion options. The storekeeper was incredibly knowledgeable and assisted in finding me a pair of denim with the perfect fit! Couldn't recommend enough and will be shopping again in person or online.

I was there yesterday and the guy working there was very helpful! I didn‘t know what size I had because our sizes in europe are different so he really helped me out with that. He gave me some different options to try on and i found what i needed! So happy with the shorts!
