The manager and staff did a fantastic job checking the cameras figuring out why my car’s fender was dented as soon as I raised the concern and in the end turned out it happened before I pass the car. Definitely recommend this service center for Kia.

I purchased a used vehicle online remotely from approximately 1000 kilometers away from Downtown Kia and had it shipped from Vancouver to my location. The staff that I interacted with were fantastic and the vehicle i purchased came as advertised and I am extremely satisfied!
