Went for shopping today with a very good mood and did a lot of Christmas decor shopping… until my husband and I got to the checkout. A cashier namely “MANSI” was extremely unprofessional and rude from the beginning till the end. As there was ALOT of Christmas decoration we asked her if she can assist us with packing. She responded with “yes I will but in the end” (never did). Super pathetic customer service I must say. I believe she needs a proper customer service training as she thinks she “knows her job” too well by disappointing customers with her attitude. Never coming back!

I brought a charger a week ago and this morning the mental charging point snapped off. I took it to the store but the manager said they don't do any refunds/placements and I should know better because it's a cheap store...
So just because the product is $8 it can be defective/even dangerous and there is no liability - seems like a scam

I've just come out of the shop after looking for a specific item on the seasonal aisle, I asked the worker who was on that aisle if they knew where the item was and she pointed at a box on the floor and said "it's in the box, I can't get it out" I asked her if there was a manager around to ask if I could get the item as it's still technically in stock until the whole aisle has been removed, she told me she was the manager but seemed hesitant on saying it, I asked another member of staff and the actual manager is on holiday leave and she was lying and just being lazy, this isn't the only issue with the store but it's ridiculous.

Cool place to grab a cheap gift for a child. I haven't seen some of the toys in other stores.
The prices are really low, a lot of crap like in Polish stores, but definitely cheaper. Not many things for an actual dollar.
The entrance is terribly messy, but fortunately short.
