Let me just say that the older women with the white hair that works in the frontIs very rude. My mother that is Spanish speaking only opened a box of garage bags to check the size which we were going to purchase either … and this women gave her the worse attitude about it. I felt very disrespected and now my mother does not feel comfortable shopping at this dollar tree. The manger Bruce needs to really take time and train that that employee on how to talk to customers because there was absolutely unnecessary ❌❌❌

Don't buy their earplugs. They are of cheap quality. I put them in my ears the right way but could still hear my fan on and the TV in the next room. I would have returned them had I kept my receipt!

Remarkably lazy, rude, ill mannered and useless employees. Especially the Hijab wearing clerk. It's hard to imagine actually retaining employment being that lazy, rude and useless! Utterly useless.

Not the normal quality, cleanliness or customer service one is accustom to when shopping at the Dollar Tree.It was dirty, and seemed more like one of those hole in the wall hardware/dollar stores. Asked a male employee for assistance and got a wave in a general direction for help. Not impressed.

This is a weird little gem of a dollar store. If you feel like Dollarama has just gotten too commercial, try Dollar Tree on Fraser St. It's big enough to cover all your basics, but it still has some rough edges that make it at home in its East Van location. I've never seen Cotton Candy Faygo on sale anywhere else in Vancouver, let alone at a discount price. How about romance novels written exclusively for an African American market? Dollar Tree has them! And at a deep discount.
