I love this place so much. They are friendly and accommodating. I have had bad experiences with other print shops, but never here. Their prices are reasonable and they have speedy turnaround on requests.

I'm surprised I haven't reviewed this place yet. Last April, 2023, after trying to do business with several other printers, all of which disappointed me with their frustrating approach and service, I came here and everything went just fine. Suddenly, I learned how to use Canva online to format a simple business card-sized sticker with bold, black letters, then emailed it here and picked up the stickers the next day.The man I spoke to first seemed modestly friendly but not fake, just professionally superficial yet humanly so.The young woman who handed me the stickers and took payment seemed a little irritated with me for checking them first, but that's understandable since I hadn't paid her and they'd done their job perfectly. It was several months before I checked the receipt and think I discovered they'd deliberately undercharged me for 40 when they'd given me 50 stickers, maybe because the man I spoke with liked what my stickers said. The title was How to Solve All the World's Problems and the first word after that was "Responsibility".I really couldn't ask for a more satisfying experience. They just did what I wanted without any fuss or complications and I can't complain about anything at all. Even the young woman who may have been momentarily annoyed with me seemed just fine.Please come here if you want a no-nonsense experience. I've only had the one item of business with them, but especially after the other, fancier printing places made doing business with them a humiliating process from the get-go, I loved just getting what I wanted and at a seemingly fair or better than fair price. This was the place that was what I wanted from the beginning. At least four other places seemed really off to me.

Went to a nearby store first and it was fully packed and had no printers available. Then walked to another one which was closed down but not removed off Google Maps. THEN I landed here, super stressed, on a total time crunch. They managed to get my printing (2-3 pages) done but also did it for free!?!?! Super friendly staff and you should definitely go get your printing done here, and if you read this thanks for the freebie!

I had a very disappointing experience with Digitechprinting. Despite speaking with a Persian gentleman beforehand and sending over 5 emails with detailed information about my project, I was told to talk to a colleague when I asked for help. When I went into the store and approved the paper for my project, I was told I could pick it up in an hour or two. However, when I returned, the lady at the front desk showed me a blank paper and acted like our meeting never happened. The lack of professionalism and communication was unacceptable, and I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone

Im so happy with the dérive I received from this printing company. They communicated with me quickly and efficiently. They gave me the best quote when looking for pricing in the area. Would 100% recommend - my go to print shop from now on!

Outstanding service and pricing, plus quick turnaround time. I had a small batch of individualized double-sided flat cards I needed printed, and it was much more straightforward and affordable to do here than the many other print shops I looked into. They have a good selection of cardstock colours and textures and will gladly print in a variety of sizes from business cards to posters. I highly recommend this shop, particularly if you want to personalize your greeting cards, wedding invitations, thank you notes, placecards, etc.

Great service. It is the place to go when needing to print in Downtown Vancouver. They helped me during Covid-19 lockdown printing important documents when nobody else would do it. So happy to see their business runing and keeping up the great job!
