I came by to buy a shape wear and couple of bras. I was greeted with a warm welcome as soon as i got in and got all the help that i needed! From someone who has no self confidence to even ask for help about sizing due to low self esteem, the staffs made sure the experience was comfortable. Paula and Wendy is amazing! Looks like i have a new favourite place to buy lingeries!

I found that the underwire fit makes a huge difference in comfort so it is important to find a good fit. I couldn't find a good fit (digging wires, cups too deep, etc) with other brands at the mall which led me to Diane's in the first place.I've been a repeat customers for years now, coming here for everyday bras and sports bra primarily - before and after childbirth. The two lines that work best for me is Marie Jo and Anita. They have many options for smaller sizes (32A) at this location and customer service is amazing! I recommend a bra fitting and bring all your questions to have them answered too!

From the moment I walked in and was friendly greeted by Wendy (who also was so helpful at check out) to my fittings by the on and only magnificent Gloria. All I can say is go ladies. Don’t think about it!! A perfect fitting bra is the doorway to happiness. Saved more than I spent! Love a deal! But add in the phenomenal customer service and you begin to understand why the experience at Diane’s is worth it.Love you Ladies.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. In 20 years of wearing bras, this is the most personalized, comfortable, beautiful experience I’ve had while shopping “for my girls”. After a disappointing, discouraging experience at another retailer (a big, international brand), it was a breath of fresh air to be fitted by Paola at Diane’s. Every breast , every woman, is beautiful and different. I would rather pay $150 CAD plus for a bra that fits me and my ladies perfectly, rather than $50 for something that’s uncomfortable, and feels like body armour (conventional, fast fashion lingerie stores). Yes it’s a bit more expensive; but these fine garments will give me years of pleasure, feeling confident in my favourite clothing, and it’s 100% worth the price. This boutique is the only place I’m shopping for lingerie now, and will refer all my friends here as well - we often air out our grievances about not being able to find the right support for our ladies - no longer! Diane’s Lingerie is a true gem. A special thank you to Paola. The ladies here are absolute magic. Thank you.

I've been to the store 3 times. The ladies that work there are so helpful and tried their hardest to find me the perfect fit. I do high intensity exercise daily, and they found the perfect sports bra for me. It is expensive, but you truly get what you pay for. Would recommend to all my friends and family.

Went to the store to get my wife sized after having breast augmentation done. The store came highly recommended and my wife wanted me to come with here. My wife's experience getting sized wasn't the issue, but as the husband (who has gone with and without his wife to buy lingerie for her) it was embarrassing and very uncomfortable. They waited until we both were heading to the area to get sized before loudly declaring "oh, you can't come with us". I was then awkwardly lead by another staff member through the store where they had to find me a special chair to sit on in the corner. I was waiting for them to just ask me to wait outside the store.Since I'm the one who usually buys my wife lingerie, I will 100% never be coming myself in the future.

The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful and patient and kind. Most people are not wearing the right size bra and Diane’s will get you into the right bra and you will feel and look amazing!!!

The only place in Lower Mainland that does PROPER bra fitting!!!! I was looking for this kind of place!! Choosing the right bras are always complex journey. Different bras have different sizing standard, depending on shape fitting is different etc...What this place does is they let you try the bra, and the bra fitter help you to pick the right bra, check if the cup is the right size, adjust the bra strap and check if the bra is fitting properly. The bra fitter is very knowledgeable about bras and trustworthy! One thing I wish they did was carry more Asian brand bras like Bradelis.

I had such a wonderful experience at Diane’s lingerie. They have a beautiful selection and such knowledgeable and kind staff! It can be overwhelming finding your correct size and style that flatters you, I really appreciate the personalized assistance they give. I will definitely be returning, and highly recommend the shop to everyone.
