An employee at this store was very helpful with a DHL shipment I was expecting from Gothenberg, Sweden. I had received notification that I needed to pay import duties but I didn't know how to do it, or where the package was being held. The employee check the system and told me the package was being held at the airport and gave me a contact number for DHL. Once I paid the duties, I returned to pick up the package and though I arrived a few minutes after closing time, the employee opened the door and gave me my package. Now I know the routine.

Great service, very friendly and help staff. I go there not to often but when I do need something copied they are my go to place. Prices are reasonable. Certainly less than the prices at the UPS store or Staples. They do rent P.O. boxes out for those that may need one. They also offer shipping with numerous International carriers.

They stole my GST cheque. It was marked for pick up - and they claim it was marked for shredding.

I experienced multiple disappointments with them. For one, I should have never been charged for a key since I was leaving the area and was going to have mail forwarded. When I called to ask if I had received mail, I was told there was a charge for this which is petty & ridiculous. I gave them a new address to forward my mail to, and yet mail was still sent to an outdated address. When I mailed the key back to get the deposit back, they claimed the key wasnt in the envelope which is a lie.

I dropped off a package to be sent to the US with FedEx on Friday. On Wednesday I discovered that the package was still sitting at the store even though I paid for overnight priority. I used the tracking and discovered it was ready for pickup in Vancouver. I called and they were confused. They mixed up my outgoing package and thought it was incoming. Absolutely incompetent not shipping my package and holding it thinking it is ready for pickup.
