I have been waiting for an urgent package since Nov 23. I paid 100 dlls to have it “express” delivery. Every day passes, they say they are deliverying “today” and that day never comes. I keep tracking it everyday . The day of the delivery the person on the van didn’t even bother to come out of it. The delivery date was Thursday 23rd, and they moved it to Friday 24. I understand they don’t deliver on weekends. Monday they said again they were delivery in but no. Today they say two more days. I rely needed that delivered 4 day ago when they promised. NEVER DO DHL. The worst experience.

Outstanding service at How St DHL express. Front office clerk Lise was polite, patient, courteous and professional with all customers . She clearly enjoyed her work and took pride in being helpful and efficient .5 star service all round

If I could I would give ZERO stars. I went there on Saturday to pick up a delivery that they NEVER tried to deliver and the collection point was closed!!! Their window(pics) and website says it is open Saturdays at 12:00. Got there at 12:30 and stayed until 1 pm - NO ONE WAS THERE. I work from home for 3 years now and all other deliveries were able to get a hold of me (and my building has 24h concierge) and they said I wasn’t home. Lies!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by DHL. The delivery responsibilities were not handled properly, resulting in unnecessary delays. I was guaranteed to receive my package within five days, but it has now been two weeks, and I am still facing confusion and difficulties in getting my package. Due to this experience, I have decided not to use DHL's services in the future.Good luck with your poor customer service.

Good service by the staff there, I forgot to put one item on my delivery and got it done the next day with out any issues

Great DHL location, employees are always friendly and helpful, but Lise went above and beyond. Very friendly, always smiling, super helpful and overall a super pleasant person. This is the only DHL location I come to and she just made me keep coming only here.

Completely unacceptable service. They don't know there own business and failed to deliver my package. Leaving my sister on an international trip without her glasses.Don't waste your money with DHL.
