09Dec2024 - My package had not yet arrived an hour before closing and the agent helping me gave me alternatives and information way beyond my expectations. She was polite and very understanding and efficient. Thumbs up to this DHL representative.

Interesting. DHL return packages - must be OPENED, they see the item, they help seal the bag, fill out form and return label issued. All so opposite any other return option.

Liz was very good to me,she had to give me a hand in typing the addresses since it was my first time sending some percels with DHL
