My experience with DC Motorworks did not start out like many of these reviews. Unfortunately, their team made a mistake while working on my 2023 Mazda CX-5, which led to a follow-up visit. Despite this, I wholeheartedly stand by the other five-star reviews, and here's why: the way they handled the mistake was exemplary.
Wayne dealt with me honestly, attentively, and with great care throughout the entire ordeal. He immediately owned up to the issue without making excuses and worked with me on a solution that went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience. I have had past experiences where service providers made mistakes, and getting them to rectify those mistakes felt like pulling teeth or being told they didn’t do what I claimed. My interaction with DC Motorworks, however, was the complete opposite.
The point is, everyone can make a mistake regardless of their caliber of work. The true reflection of the quality of a business is how they handle errors and their customers in situations that arise from these errors. I can confidently say that I was beyond impressed with DC Motorworks and will continue to use them for everything from oil changes to major servicing needs.
A few weeks after my appointment, my brother's 2007 Accord had a dead starter. The shop where he had it installed seven months prior told him he would have to wait at least four days before they could tend to it under warranty. I recommended Wayne at DC Motorworks and was not disappointed. Wayne got him in the next morning, reviewed the issue, realized the starter connection was just loose, and had the team tighten and crimp it without charging for the work because it was a quick fix.
These guys are honest and kind, and I couldn't say better things about them. I'll be recommending them to all family and friends who ask. It's rare to find a shop that is as customer-centric as the team at DC Motorworks.

I've been bringing my car here for years and DC Motorworks has awesome technicians that put care and hard work into their service. From simple to more complex services, they do a great job and prices are affordable. I now have an EV vehicle and happy they do work on EV's.

I'll never take my car anywhere else. I'd been going to my dealership shop for years but they kept missing obvious things, had poor service and were always trying to upsell me things I didn't need. DC Auto is the opposite of all that. Great staff and top notch expertise. You won't regret it!

I found these guys after extensive research on Reddit, google and yelp because I'm on a budget but my car's health is really important to me. There's a good reason their so celebrated by their customers in forums.This kind of proficiency, knowledge, honesty and dedication is rare.
