Be warned, the staff here thinks it’s appropriate to demand your driver’s license number in order to pick up online orders. They actually take down your number and retain it. When asked why they believe this reduces fraudulent pickups while being completely safe and normal for the buyer.

I highly recommend shopping at the Granville location of Daniadown. Over the past year, I have ordered decorator feather insert cushions of all sizes,! inclusive of custom sizes in double-digit numbers!The Manager, Myleesha, and every staff member that I have engaged with have delivered utmost professional and courteous customer service, which in my opinion, is equivalent to their high quality products which they sell.Thank you again, and keep up the great work!Linda A.

Admiring a very light, high quality duvet. When I asked my mother if this was the Dania Down duvet that she owns, the staff member cut in and commented "it won't be this one, it is $1,500.00". How or why would anyone make such an assumption? Based on appearance, race, age? Then the two staff member (I believe one is the manager) started to theorize why the previous customers did not purchase that very pricey duvet. That put an abrupt end to our intentions to shop there again. Very unprofessional and offensive!

We bought Egyptian cotton bedsheets, they feel great, but they are a lint magnet. Given what we spent and relative to my experience with other high-end sheets, these ones were disappointing. - The customer service was great. - I was planning on purchasing an all season downfilled duvet. I am second guessing whether I should consider this location.

Friendly staff but the top of the line sheet set I bought turns out to be poor quality for 500 thread count. I think its way overpriced. I feel Daniadown could do better.

I had a great experience at this store. The manager was very friendly and helpful and was able to get my item brought in quickly.
