Jerseys feel and fit great, sadly the first order had 9 jerseys mixed up with each other. Would have one name on the front, then someone else's name on the back.Adam was quick to help out, tried to fix things. Sadly, somehow their "fix" order, only fixed 3 of the jerseys.My 6-8 week quote turned into roughly 12 weeks. I received their fixed order roughly 2.5 weeks after receiving the first order. If I dare to ask for ANOTHER fix order, we'd be looking at 18 weeks all in.I don't think they have a quality control department, even after messing up once.

Great screen printing results and solid customer service from Adam and the group at Dad's Printing. I had tons of questions and they took the time to discuss and review everything before finalizing the order. Products turned out beautiful and I will definitely use them again and refer to others!

Dad’s Printing staff answered all my questions and made the printing process simple from start to finish. They were kind, professional, and had these gorgeous, quality bags ready within a couple of days! They were a big hit at my first Growing Gratitude Gifting Garden meetup. Thank you Adam and staff! First order went smoothly and product was good.Issue is like all the other one star reviews, they have been incredibly unresponsive and flaky for the second order I have been trying to place.Have sent emails multiple times, called, texted owner, etc.These guys don’t seem to understand quality of work means nothing if you can’t take an order properly

Do not work with Dad’s. It was one of the most stressful and difficult experiences of my life.It took nearly 3 months - with dozens of unreturned calls, endless ignored mails, misprints, gaslighting and then finally they delivered 19 of the 25 shirts (without realizing 6 were missing). Oh, and then I had to battle for a month to get the refund for the missing shirts.You’ll notice all the positive reviews are for socks. Another reviewer mentioned they offer a free pair for a good review - would make sense (even though against Google’s review policy).The employees, many of whom were great people, even privately acknowledged to me that the business is in total disarray.Please, if you’re reading this, save yourself months of stress and frustration. Take your job to another local printer! ❤️✨Edit: They reached out to offer me $100 to remove this review. I’d rather save you the stress.

Challenging company to work with.Very responsive before CC information is handed over. Also was only supposed to be charged half of the order before delivery but was charged the entire amount.The website also states that all of the hockey jerseys are made in Canada. When the box arrived it was obviously shipped from somewhere in Asia. Disappointing to be lied to about this.The sizing of the hockey jeresy is much smaller than a traditional hockey jersey, our team was unable to use the jerseys for a charity hockey game because the sizing was so off.When trying to reach out about the product, it took 4 emails and 4 phone calls before I head back from anyone and they didn't address any of the issues, and brushed the whole thing off.Tough experience.

I can’t express how great of an experience I’ve continuously had with Dad’s Printing. Adam (the owner) is incredibly knowledgeable and I know that my apparel is in great hands. As a small business owner just starting out, it can be really difficult finding a printing/embroidery shop that offers flexibility & accommodations like low MOQs, samples, etc. No matter your size of business, I can’t recommend Dad’s Printing enough!
