This craftsman collision definitely goes above and beyond to make sure they return your vehicle back to the original condition it was before your accident. I can tell you from past experiences with other places this is hard to find . They definitely went the extra mile to make sure I was very happy .As a customer that is very good to feel and I will definitely recommend this location but I do hope I do not ever have to come back lol .

I have had nothing but great experiences at Craftsman Collision! I’ve taken my vehicle here to be repaired multiple times, and the last time was in December 2023. They not only repaired the damage, but polished the side of my car that had unrelated damage on it. I recently called Craftsman Collision and asked them if they would polish off more damage, Ricky graciously took my vehicle for an hour and repaired the passenger side of my vehicle for me. Will continue to use Craftsman Collision on Cambie St for any future repairs :)

I made an appointment for Monday April 29th. Johnson said I would get my car back in 2 days or by the end of the week. A couple days later he said I would get it back on Monday May 8th and then he said there were issues with finding the paint colour. Only to be told by Ricky that it wasn’t a paint colour issue. I wasn’t even given a reason for the delay. Was told again it would be delayed till Thursday, then again it would be delayed till maybe Friday May 10th.
Johnson has very poor customer service, not personable and dismissive of customer’s concerns. Try smiling and look like you don’t hate your job.
When walking into the shop, no one warmly greets you, it’s not a friendly environment.
I will never bring my car back to this location again. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

I had an awesome experience dealing with Craftsman. The shop manager Ricky provided updates during every step of the repair process, and handled all the backend work with ICBC. The shop loaner car they provided is also very new and clean. Very satisfied with both the service and repair!

Sooo impressed by the service and workmanship and thankful. They not only repaired my car, provided updates throughout the process, but also cleaned everything inside and outside. When I got my car back I felt like I was stepping into a brand new car.

Unfortunately, I was charged >$300 (including 3 hours of labour charges) for this incredibly small dent to be repaired. It may be more worthwhile to explore other garage options as I suspect the amount of time to repair this dent was written up on the bill.
