Just bought this blackberries and it’s all molded and rotten. Costco is known for the best quality for their customers, but this is the third time on this location. I buy the fruits like a strawberries and blackberries. They’re all molded. I’m not sure the staff is not checking the expiry date or the quality of the product that they’re selling. This is not acceptable. Raising the price of the grocery and lowering the quality is unacceptable. Costco has the best return policy. Yes I agree but coming to Costco pay for the gas and parking and stand in the line for half an hour to get $10 refund back. Would you do it?

Didn’t knew that you need to pay just to visit and enter inside the Costco building. They are all salesman. Everyone is here just to make you buy unnecessary stuff. Why is there a membership card for entry??
I visited for the first time and was asked to buy membership to enter.
It’s really embarrassing and really not required.
Worst marketing and sales strategy!
I will never go to Costco and will never recommend it to anybody !!

Been coming here for 4years and the staff are always helpful. The quality of food is good, I guess everything sold is good quality. What I find truly amazing is that you can return almost anything.

Extremely rude staff and their food court is a joke. Their staff have literally yelled at me multiple times of the like 8 times I’ve been to this dump. They followed me around the store once and yelled at me because they accused me of not being an Costco member. The other time they yelled at me was in the food court, because I was waiting for more food that was in my order and she yelled at me to get out of the way of the other customers when she didn’t realize I was waiting for another part of my order. They run out of all the food in their food court. Today both of their entire soda machines were down, they said they would fix them and I stood around waiting for 20 mins and they never did so I threw my empty cup in the garbage. They were also out of gravy & onions. They removed all the tables because of “covid” so they make us stand around getting harassed by crackheads while we eat. This dump should be shut down they are a disgrace to the good name of Costco.

It's Costco. They're all pretty much the same: crowded parking, slow moving customers, clogged aisles, and a bill for $587 when you only meant to get two things.

Dropped my car off for a tire appointment at 10:00am …. Was told an 1.5 hrs to complete…. I waited over 4 hrs …. Completely unacceptable. What’s the point of an appointment?!? To add further insult my rims were damaged. Never again go to Costco downtown tire centre

At that time was not to busy, good time for shopping, but the cashier look rush to serve the customer, is it good for Costco company ??? And the cashier for their performance ?.

Towed in customer who changed tires couple days ago at this store for tire repair. They didn't accept car in shop without appointment. Customer need to find other shop and pay additional towing fees.
