You can’t purchase anything there unless you are a member—a professional hairdresser or a student. There’s no way to know this, especially for brands that are available even in Shoppers. Very friendly

Patricia is wonderful. I will always come to this place. I came with my two daughters and they were very impressed with Cosmoprof's professionalism. Her staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, patient and sincere like her. The moment you enter this place you feel welcome. They just love to work with everyone and attend to your needs. They are very rude and they don’t want to help you at all , every time I go and ask them anything’s they said we don’t know we just sell the products , awful manager , she is so aggressive and rude !

VERY obnoxious staff. Was trying to do a shop with my elderly mother and the 3 staff are screaming across the store at each other. Very unimpressed.

Every time I go there it’s an awful experience.. honestly the all staff need a good training. I have my license over 10 years.. it’s the only place compare to others hair supplies that o go each month that has that rude attitude.why no one does take any this comments seriously? Clearly the issue come from the top.

Awful and disrespectful customer service. The guy at the front who called himself a manager is a low experience in customer service. Never helpful. Would never go back to this store again for sure.
