Rude staff, especially the woman that works there. Each time I go there I am treated with so much rudeness. I don't understand why they have to act so angry towards their customers. I feel traumatized going there and will gladly take my business someplace else from now on.

0 or -1 star if there is an option! I came for the passport photo-taking service but the photo is in pretty low clarify and out of focus, disqualified from the photo requirement. I nicely tried to explain the issue (since I have to ensure the photo quality for my own responsibility!) but the staffs snatched photo away in a rude attitude and kept declaring how many years they have this service without offering photo retakes. if so, he should’ve noticed the OBVIOUS issue of photo blurriness!! the younger male staff pointed his finger directly at me and unreasonably shouted because we questioned the photo quality!!!! He even chased me to the street when I was leaving the store, losing his mind and continuing yelling at me with his explosive anger issue. If you just pass by this store, be aware of your personal safety. CRAZY AND ABSURD EXPERIENCE! SUPER RUDE SERVICE! They just want to steal my money!!!!

Absolutely the worst experience ever! They make you waste money and time by trying to take ID photos with inferior camera lenses. They always have their own reasons. Why is this store located in the great Westbrook neighborhood?

Just notice, you pay a 2.5 cad service fee for whatever you print. Nobody mentioned ahead, so I have to pay 3 cad to print 3 pages…

I would give more than 5 stars if I could.I was having trouble converting my file to PDF due to technical difficulties, and the gentlemen at the front desk kindly helped me convert the file at no extra cost. Speaking of cost, printing an A1 poster is half the price compared to Staples. As well, the standard poster paper is a high quality and sturdy matte finish material with great color vibrancy. The bang for the buck is outstanding.While we were fixing the file conversion issue, the gentlemen also took the time to give me a lot of graphic designing and software use advice. Thanks to him, I learned a lot of useful tricks in Photoshop.

Amazing service. I've gone to them twice with last minute panicked requests and they went above and beyond for me both times. The first time, they printed a research poster for me with less than 1 hour notice, and the second time within 4 hours - both times I had to fly out the following morning for a conference. The poster quality (fabric) was also very high both times. The online quote/order system is also convenient for students/researchers on a tight deadline. I highly recommend this place.

I don't usually write reviews for businesses but after getting ripped off here I figured I should warn potential customers. I went in and printed a single black and white page on their basic, monochrome laser printer. Didn't ask how much it would cost, because how much could a single black and white page cost, right? $2.50 apparently. I get that single page printing isn't going to be economical but $2.50 is ridiculous. Tip for the owners: If you want customers to come back to give you REAL business, don't rip them off on trivial things on their first visit.

Unprofessional service, sometimes lying about requirements for no good reason other than to make a quick buck, relatively high prices, and the woman working there was somewhat rude about the above. Would not recommend, go elsewhere.
