Jenny Chung helped us out with the mtg. We were dealing with multiple major banks prior to contacting her. Major banks kept giving excuses on how they couldn't help my family. However, Jenny stepped up and did everything for us ABOVE and BEYOND. Really changed my perspective with the mtg brokers to such a positive view. Jenny was very fast and I could always reach her at any time. She was also always 5 steps ahead of what I was planning. Just amazing and highly recommended. I wish I could give more stars if I could.

Hi, AllI am disappointed because Jenny has failed to fulfill my expectations, and brokerage services. Very rude attitudes and impolite manners.Please read following messages sent by Jenny;It seems that you are reluctant to talk to me. Then I'll text you. Yongmo made a mortgage through me, and as I know, it was a case where I asked the bank to approve something that couldn't be approved, but I sent a document about the fee and called the bank directly without signing it, saying that I lied to you. He asked me to lower the interest rate unconditionally. The bank threatened, not threatened, that he would complain to the person who helped us with difficulty if he didn't do what he wanted. You can't do that the Korean way here. We are now taking our hands off Yongmo's file, and the bank manager is also saying he will revoke approval for Yongmo's actions. This is what we asked the bank for, so there is no reason for them to listen to it just because your mother insists on it. Please find out if you can get it through another broker or bank. thank you
