I have had nothing but positive experiences with the Compass Customer Service team! Every time I have called with a question or concern, the issue has been resolved quickly and courteously. I'm so impressed and grateful for them.

I lost my campus card recently but the staff there helped me to retrieve my old balance as well as also help me to get back my monthly pass which was in lost card the staff here is really helpful and good people

If you have transit cards you can bring them back and get your money back! But they are not at that location anymore, they moved to the first floor of the Sea bus terminal!

I had questions about my pass and my refund. When I went to customer service, I saw a line of 5 people and thought, "This is going to take a long time, only one girl is working”. Literally half a minute later a second assistant came in and they provided excellent service very quickly, my issue was resolved. I went into the service at 12:20 pm and came out at 12:28 pm completely satisfied.

I just lost my compass card today and was not really hoping to retrieve the load of the lost card since i have not registered it but then the lady who helped me was really nice and kind to assist me so that the amount that was left on the lost card can be transferred to a new card and she even registered it. Thank you so much. Kudos!

Patient, smiley, friendly staff member dealt with my issue very well. In other words, perfect customer service. Not much more to add, except that guy at next counter had some disability and mobility problems and I noticed the staff let him use the No Exit door to save him having to walk the long way round - thoughtful and kind.
