Worst Canada post location in entire British Columbia.
Horrible Horrible experience does not know how to talk with customers. Lost my package and didn't follow the procedure given by Canada post and had the nerve to say that he will not answer a simple inquiry for me after the payment is done. Not worthy of losing any time just go to some other Canada post location.

Warning do not use Canada post through this location!!!!!Worst service held my personal items, damaged it and refused to give it back. Even though Canada post policy says he has to handover the item by checking a valid id he did not hand my personal items. Eventually cops had to come and asked him to give it then he turned my package DAMAGED!! Not worth it, go to different location.

I am so pleased with the staff here. I went in with about 50 letters I had to ship out. Two staff members help me organize the letters and explained all my shipping options. I love going to this post office, the customer service is the best!! highly recommend

The staff here have been nothing but helpful and friendly anytime my wife or I have been here. This is my go-to place for cards - the selection isn't huge but it's top notch.

Says they close at 630... i arrived at 625 and the door was locked. Guy inside looked right at me and shrugged. I called ahead to verify it was there and it went to a fax line no i didnt dial the wrong number as i spoke to then at the exact number earlier when they said after 615 but before 630. Highly unproffesional. Its one thing to run your business the way u want to.
. But when u represent canada post... at least close on time. .. its 2017 how is ur phone line connected to ur fax line.
