Recently picked up my 2024 Superduty at Coastal's Vancouver location... this is my third truck ordered and received with the help of Josh P, (with this being my first time buying from Coastal.)
He is so helpful and knowledgeable about what he sells and keeps the information flowing from beginning to delivery and beyond....
The trade in on my 2019 f150 was more than fair!
This Dealership is clean, bright, efficient and everyone there very pleasant to deal with.

BE AWARE and AVOID THE REPAIR SERVICES at this Ford location at all costs! I was being charged more than $1000 for their time because they DONT KNOW HOW TO DO THE JOB and not only unable fixing the issue but also making FRAUDULENT CLAIMS and providing MISDIANGOSIS on my Van. Only lost the key and had it towed here for key replacement and reprogramming because it was nearest and thought all Ford brand locations would be the same. My car was stuck there for nearly 3 weeks without any updates or words, gotta call them every single day until they finalized a result that my Van needed to change BCM, the computer of a vehicle which extra cost about $2000. Feeling weird and abnormal, I called Ford Titanium in Surrey where I bought my Van. The team was amazed at how people at Coastal Ford Vancouver took a long time to work on such a minor issue. Decided to get my Van out of this place and had it towed to Surrey. The team checked again and found out there was NOTHING WRONG with its computer, the only thing they needed to fix was some wires, reprogram and the oil change just cost me ONLY $200.
The service department at CFV should be grateful and thank me for not trusting you guys and taking my car out of your place otherwise you could have trouble after ordering an unreturnable BCM and still being very useless, shortcomings and incompetent for fixing the problem.

The gentleman in the service department named Manvir is a really friendly and helpful guy.
He offered to get me a taxi free of charge, in case I'd like to go and come back.
He also tried his best to help expedite things.

I'm not a review sort of guy but felt that I really needed to give a shout out to Coastal Ford Vancouver for making what can be an off-putting experience (buying a vehicle) a real pleasure. Chris from sales and Josh the sales manager (Half-Filipino Mafia!) were both amazing. Five days after I contacted them inquiring about a 2 door, manual transmission 2024 Bronco, we driving home in it. We got a decent value for our 2 trade ins. Even Taylor who did the insurance was great. The whole team stayed late on the day the sale was finalized to get it done . The entire process was transparent, efficient and amicable. Kudos to all!

Came into the dealership without an appointment, I had lost an item behind the glove box. Mack and Abel could not have been more helpful in retrieving it and accommodating me on such short notice. Excellent service and help!!

It is worst repair service ever experienced. After a week of repairs and very expensive bill for an engine service light that went on, the exact same engine service light went on the following day after driving for 50 km! We had to cancel our vacation, lost the money for the hotel and even the dog boarding services. All because they clearly do not know what they are doing.What is even more upsetting is that part of the damage was caused by improper completion of previous repairs. This is the second time that we experience the same careless that causes more damages in the long term. The previous time, they hadn’t sealed properly and rain got to the control module, so that the ruck suddenly didn’t start anymore.
