Great guys. Quick, timely delivery, super friendly. Would have been nice if they could have levelled the range so that it fits but, evidently, that's not what they do so I'll do it myself. All good.

Easy to work with. Was a bit of a delay from order to receipt. Delivery team was good but they forgot to level the washer side to side.

Purchased a dryer and washer set from Coast, the sales person was very helpful and the product was delivered within a week. However the installation was done poorly and the dryer vent was attached to the ceiling with tape which came off within two weeks. Spent over two months following up with customer service and still yet to receive any update. Very disappointed at the customer service.

I was looking to refill the laundry detergent I had purchased from you. When I called the person on the line could not tell me where I could purchase it so I went on-line and purchased it. After paying, the prompt said I would be notified by a representative for pickup info. All I received was a digital receipt that says pickup is at the Burnaby location without an address. Is that a special warehouse or the Coast appliance store. Very poor customer service.

From the phone calls to ordering online the 20 cu ft up right freezer, to picking it up everything was great no complaints. Everybody was courteous, kind and easy to deal with.

David Mao took incredibly good care of us. Walked us through the options clearly, efficiently, and warmly (and even took extra steps to make sure our son had a box after delivery!) I'd go back to him again for sure -- thanks David.

Great service. Salesperson found exactly what we needed in short order and had it ready for pickup really quick. They did not push an upsell for the extended warranty.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Coast Applicances Vancouver, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of outstanding!
Mr. David Mao, an applicance expert, assisted me in finding the perfect appliances for my home. I ended up purchasing a beautiful kitchen hoodfan and a state-of-the-art dishwasher, both at an unbeatable price!
I highly recommend David Mao to anyone who has plan to purchase appliances. I enjoyed the shopping experience because of his professionalism, familiarity with emerging technologies, ability to listen patiently, and great interpersonal skills. I will definitely be returning for any future appliance needs!

1st time and last time will purchase w/ coast. Salesperson obviously not concerned with installation as did not suggest/recommed required stacking kit, ultimately creating installers to come not once, not twice but 3x obviously they didn't know what they were doing either now 2 wks later I still not confident this dryer is secure.

Website said delivery available next day if ordered within the hour. Ordered the units only to be told couldn’t get it until mid-week. Cancelled order…no response from staff yet

I did some research on double ovens with glass range before I decided what I wanted. I looked at reviews. I chose Coast Appliance because they were comparable price wise, local, and promised delivery ASAP. Regular status emails were sent about my expected stove/double oven delivery. Very happy with service, communication, prompt delivery, and I am in love with my stove/double oven. Thank you!

At the beginning when I called everything was great. Down hill from there on. Follow up was made. Assured everything would be set up and when I arrive the dishwasher would be there. Salesman sent the wrong link so supposedly he didn't get the order. I even sent him the email with the purchase order. Week goes by, first day off work after 16 days on, ferry to the nearest location to not only arrive and they didn't have the dishwasher. They actually said oh I see the problem, you ordered in line. My reply I went to the link you provided and...I sent you a copy of my purchase order. When you followed up stating...you were driving and weren't at your computer. He would follow up in am. Crickets. I did get a floor model with not even a offer of a discount. No offer of a hose kit. Nothing. Just some help taking it to my vehicle. Now I have to order a hose kit because Bosch is different than others. Will be a cold day in hell I recommend them or ever go back.
Stay away and be forewarned. Buy from someone else with you're money. There are plenty of places to pick from.
