Terrible customer service. Not willing to respond to any inquiries, left me hanging for weeks. Never provided any real answers, had to go out and buy replacement gifts since nobody could tell me what happened to my order or assist me to find a workaround.

Rude and uncouth manager; certainly the epitome of cattiness in retail. I was prepared to splurge on myself that day, and decided to take my business elsewhere. Will never set foot in any Club Monaco store again.

Stay away from this location if you are looking for a job. Horrible management at this store. Would ask you stay longer without prior notice, some people didn't get paid on time, and no one cares about the missing hours on pay cheque.

As soon as i walked in, i was greeted by a staff with a huge smile.While shopping, Melody was an amazing help, she was not too intrusive but just the right amount of suggestions and gave me enough space when needed.Amazing team members, great shopping experience!

The dark interior seems to be a trend in the pacific centre mall which for this store seems to work well. The product seems more elevated here than in the close by Robson street location. Now only if they could carry a menswear selection. But this seems impossible with such little space. If looking for a gift I'll be sure to stop in.
