Best experience ever. Julia (and the other kind lady on staff) spent so much time with me and were nothing but patient while I tried on dress after dress until I decided. I changed my mind a few times - and Julia was clear with the exchange policy if I purchased and changed my mind - she even offered to help me express ship a particular dress from the Toronto location in time for my event in a few days.Such a great selection of dresses that made me feel incredible, and when you look at the value for such stylish and well made dresses, coupled with the VIP service I received, you cannot go wrong. Thank you CityLux - see you in a few months for the next event!

One of the worst experiences ever. Was pressured into purchasing a dress that was see through, all while being told if I had the right underwear on, it would be fine. Well I tried multiple different styles and colours of underwear and the dress is still see through.Went to do the return on day 4 which is well within the 7 day requirement by the store, tags on and never worn, and they still refused the return. I left the dress with the store as it is completely unwearable. I feel scammed out of nearly $200.If i could give a zero I would.

I had visited CityLux Boutique two weeks ago to hope to buy my first dress from there.The girl who works there was very friendly and helpful.I spent whole week all around Vancouver Burnaby Richmond….. i can tell this boutique has a great selection for any occasion very stylish and chick.Price wise is reasonable, for such a great dress with great quality it’s a real investment

Amazing service! High energy staff who dress you up- you low key feel like your trying out couture ? - the customer service is top notch, the dresses are beautiful and feel like they were handpicked right for you! Staff zips you up, Amos you color, occasion, wishes you happy birthday over text! Personally styles you! I think i need a subscription service on dresses from this stire because their staff can literally curate what fits your body type!! I hope they implement a subscription haha because they update their colors with seasons ! They have something for any size of woman! And i noticed their quality has improved like crazy recently! I don’t know if they changed their dress supplier or something!!! Not that it was bad before, it just feels even more luxxx-The reason i would take away the one star would be because of the location… i wish they would move their location to alberni st because that’s where they belong!!Or even Robson- i always find that the reason I’m not shopping here enough is because it’s out of my regular shopping way! I have to drive out and park again … other than that i wish i could shop here more - by the time I’m done shopping for my other stuff, its too late or i get tired or im out of cash or reached my shopping budget!! I swear if they would move to the main shopping streets, i would be buying dresses every other week!!! Their stuff is so good, i really hope they change their location lol even my mom always drives past them and hasn’t visited them because of theor current spot!!

I bought my Birthday dress from here the staff is very friendly and helpful they made it very comfortable to try stuff on . The clothes are even more beautiful in person and great quality. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this boutique to everyone!!

Love, love, love this place. Such beautiful pieces and love that they only order a few of the same size so not everyone has the same outfit as you! Also like supporting small businesses and the owner is such a genuine, lovely and sophisticated business woman who works her butt off! The staff are amazing also, all so kind, warm and all willing to help you for whatever occasion you are looking for. Best place in Vancouver hands down to shop for women!

Nothing but CLASS, STYLE and PROFESSIONALISM! I was married in June '22 and my bridesmaids all wore the sexy Joy Dress. Plus, I have purchased several items and so have girlfriends of mine. All high end quality! Highly recommend!

I will always remember the first time I bought a dress from this boutique. She accidentally put the wrong dress in my bag. The one she gave me had a thread sticking out. She called me as soon as she noticed and drove to my work to give me the right dress. ?

The best experience ever, the staff and the owner really were far and beyond, leaving the store an extra hour open just for me, while a tried a bunch of dresses for a Bond event. Lost of choices and reasonable prices too. I defenetly will come back.

I had an unexpected gala event to attend while in Vancouver for a conference. Visited CityLux on a Thursday and had everything covered by the time I left. Kim was absolutely amazing. Clearly she is well versed in ladies formal fashion. An exceptional service and I came away with a spectacularly affordable gown. Thanks Kim!

They didn't accept I return my dress, they have a 7 day policy and it was 10 days for me. They didn't do any effort to accommodate.If you want a L "truly yours" dress, never worn, I can sell it to you for cheaper. Contact me at TofuCritique at Gmail dot com
