Young cashiers having their own party on Friday afternoon, respectful and attentive customer service seems to be a thing of the past. Don’t expect them to ask you if you’re a Choices member either. To boot, there was a man in a mental health “situation” hanging out at the entrance (inside and out) making shopping there feel a bit precarious. I hope things get better, I like their product “CHOICES!”

Followed around the store by security like a hawk. I am a frequent shopper and only shop here out of convenience as I live nearby. Looks like I’m not the only person who experiences this in the neighborhood looking at the other reviews. Train your security staff to care for your store properly or you will be losing customers.
A couple days I also watched a security guard gossiping with another coworker, saying a woman was putting things back and exclaimed “she’s actually paying!” I went to see what woman she was talking about. It was a mother with a small child. Honestly pretty disturbing and unwelcoming that you would be treating a family that way.

I’m a frequent shopper here and recently had an uncomfortable experience in this store which makes me want to never want to return. Was in the meat department picking meat, and I look and the security guard is standing right next to me watching me, I felt very weird being watched. I then am in line to pay later on and the same security guard who was now standing at the front of the store sees me and decides to walk by me again. No idea why I’m being profiled for shoplifting when I shop there so often, made me extremely uncomfortable. Called the manager to just explain how I felt and he seemed like he could care less about it. Guess they want someone to hold your hand while you shop now.

The store manager profiles and targets people/follows them around like a little puppy dog expecting them to steal. The supervisor is vulgar and rude to his coworkers and towards the customers. Will not be shopping here ever again.
Also your auto reply says hanks instead of thanks. Classy.

Honestly one of the worest shopping experiences, this store isn't like other choices. I have tried for about a year to turn the other cheek with many different aspects. But it's really expensive and for what? Poor quality food (returned many rotten meat), the staff doesn't care and just seem unhappy and the manager doesn't seem to understand customer service at all. Nothing is rectified or offered for the poor experience or returns. I have just stopped going to this store it's not worth the hassle or vibes.

I called ahead to request to put aside a rotisserie chicken. Twenty minutes later I arrived at the store and the chicken wasn’t there. A customer had bought it. After demanding to speak to the manager she offered me having to wait 18 minutes for the next batch to be ready. Instead of offering me some kind of compensation I had to request it and was finally offered a discount for the chicken I had to wait for. This experience has really soured me to this store. I would have gone to another location if choices wasn’t able to fulfil the request. And disappointed with the response from management. I was then very late for my appointment due to waiting. I think that this store could do much better for their customers.

I used to shop here often as I’m a victim of proximity and I was okay with Choices being the more expensive grocery store on the drive. Lately the price increases and constant change in what they offer has been too much. Produce quality diminishing, staple items being switched up for inferior facsimiles are not okay and a carton of eggs for just shy of 10 bucks. Stop it. Covid is no longer an excuse. Smarten up. Disappointedly yours.

Highly recommend their whole wheat bird’s nest cookie. It’s creamy, melt in your mouth, and tastes very high quality. They sell lots of quality speciality items here that give off healthy vibes. Not cheap though.
