I used to religiously ship orders from my Etsy business through Chitchats, but over the years Etsy has made their shipping to the US quicker and easier and Chitchats has gotten more expensive. Now that Etsy's Canada Post shipping labels cost the same as Chitchats' for my product, and with Etsy's I can drop them in any Canada Post Mailbox, I no longer use Chitchats. I would gladly go back if Chitchats was still able to offer competitive rates as I like their service and that they're a Canadian company.

I have been using this AMAZING service for at least 5 years especially shipping to the US for my e-commerce business where all my packages have been delivered on time according to the service selected. I just wish I started using them much earlier as they would have saved me even more money. They also have excellent customer service as the few times I had a concern they listened, genuinely cared and even made a recent improvement based on a suggestion of mine! In terms of their rates they are always saving me money passing on their great rates even within Canada.
I'm not sure where these recent negative reviews are coming from but it was disappointing to read. This prompted me to finally write my review as I have been meaning to for the longest time.
I have always experienced nothing but positive experiences. I highly recommend Chit Chat who have saved me so much money and time. I am always referring strangers I meet in a lineup or see lining up at Canada Post! Thank you to the always helpful and friendly staff in Vancouver ie: Alex, Rachel, Ray and Oliver in Richmond. I can't forget Joanna in ON; all so AMAZING going above and beyond ?

I have shipped over 150 packages with these guys, I regularly sell high value items on eBay. I dropped off a package on Friday declared at 800 US dollars, then they messaged me telling me they're holding it because the value was higher than what I declared.
And then of course they're closed on Saturday so I won't even get my package till Sunday. What a joke. That's customer loyalty for you. I guess it's time to find a new place to take my business.

I was the intended recipient of a package. I happened to see it in the lobby of our building. I don't know how long it was there, but any courier company worth their weight in salt would either contact the recipient, and if not home, leave a message on their unit door or mailbox where the package can be picked up. Very poor service. They got a 2nd star because the package was not damaged.

This courier service is fantastic. The staff are helpful, the place is organized and they are quick to respond on the phone. As a small business, I have literally saved thousands of dollars shipping to the USA with ChitChats instead of Canada Post, my shipments arrive much faster AND with tracking.

the service became so slow. I dropped off some packages on Wednesday at this Vancouver branch and now it is Saturday, it is still saying USPS awaiting item on the tracking. I think they only go to the US once a week. It used to be 3 times/ week before.

I have been a long time user of Chit Chats.This company over the years has lost its way. The policies they have put in place have put themselves first above their customers.They removed 3rd party postage, and by doing so are able to charge exorbitant postage fees. If you compare the pricing between Chit Chats and other competitors - you will notice quite a difference in pricing (9%+).As a long time user - I contacted someone to speak about the price discrepancy. However - over 1 month of constant back and forth emails, all I get are empty promises about rebates that never get executed. And promises of lower rates in the future. (Prices for my shipments went up on July 10th, 2023).It's a shame - Chit Chats was supposed to be a business empowering online entrepreneurs, but I feel like online entrepreneurs are simply Chit Chats' cash cow.

Super great prices for USA bound parcels.. Canada also!Better price than ups/DHL/Purolator/canadapost..Use the website to register and pay for your package. Just have to drop it off just south of Clark dr and Venables.( Must pre pay)
