The older guy behind the counter with an accent was extremely rude to an older woman who was struggling with the debit machine. He kept raising his voice at her, saying she was holding up the line! I had to step in and defend her because I could see the machine was saying something "failed" no one should EVER be treated this way. Chevron either needs to re-train this man or fire him.

My goodness, i paid 3 rounds of air just to get a little bit of air… very disappointed of the air pump, its a scam… went to shell and just 30seconds my flat tire filled… never again

I am in shock!! This is an utter lack of privacy in the womens bathroom!! You could see the other person's privates with this very short wall between the stalls!!! Please fix this!!! I'm so glad there was no one that came into the bathroom at the same time!!! Never in my 49 years have I ever seen something like this lack of privacy!!!

Hate to give 1 star review for business just because of employee mistake. Not Scanning Chevron journie points card. I filled my tank for 80$ and the girl working there haven't ask for points card and when i ask for my points she scanned after the transaction is complete and trying to make me fool like she scanned it. This happend on Nov 22, 2023 at 1:08PM. Hope the manager will take of this. If you can let your employees know about this and reply to my review i can change it to 5 star.

Lately, I've noticed this station has the cheapest diesel for a very short period of time. Along with your 7, or 10, cents off from the Journey app. Fill up at the right time. I use GasBuddy app.

Traffic flow is terrible. I Was there first lining up for the pump. The old guy behind me drive to the other side cut my line and the manager said I blocked the old guy’s way have to leave. What in the hell… Worst gas station ever.

I was filling up this afternoon & noted these lately Bistro advertisements by each pump, it gives the false impression that it is just light cardboard than a huge metal pole. The driver of a huge (expensive) truck gently grazed it not knowing what was beneath the inappropriate advertising & did huge damage to the left front of his truck, I felt bad for him as so much damage was done, wasn’t even going fast, I think Chevron should pay for the damage, that was just after 12 noon today May 4th. I told the clerk even though I wasn’t affected that these silly advertisements are going to cause unnecessary damage when drivers think it’s just cardboard, to remove them immediately before others encounter such misfortune when their intention is just to fill their gas tank rather then incur unexpected damage. Staff cut the line, and the staff did nothing(Arman) terrible customer service. A minimum of respect would be the minimum to be expected. No excuse, not calling out the other customer which happened to be an other staff member . I guess they do not need business! Worst customer service!

They don’t put an orange cone in front of pumps that are unavailable. And when i said this to one of the employees she started to argue with me. Most terrifying gas station i have ever seen…. No service done nicely.
