The owner of this gas station is such a GRIFTER.I used to stop by to fill up after midnight on my way home and they would charge around 5 cents above what they had advertised. I was really confused at first and thought that they had made a mistake initially but when it happened like the third time, I knew it's deliberate.Don't give them your business.

Whoever was working in the store on the night of 24th February was really not friendly, I simply went to ask for some assistance about the charging station and she was really reluctant to help.The first time I asked her, she tapped something on the screen and asked me to go check again; when I returned telling her it didn't work, she just asked me to go and wait 3-5 minutes (which another driver told me did not work); to help the situation, I wanted to show her a photo of the error as displayed on the screen, she refused to even come close to the cashier and refused to help, saying she cannot reset the station.I think it is fine that she is not able to help the situation, it is not her fault that the station is malfunctioning. But the attitude that she had really made me feel uncomfortable.During all this, she had her airpods on. I must say this was very disappointing and just flat out disrespectful.

Been there yesterday evening for charging my EV. One was mentioned temporarily unavailable and other ones were occupied.Later I managed to find a slot but due to some technical issues at the charging station my car was not getting recharged . I asked the gas station staff for assistance. Shaun was very helpful and explained me the reasons why there stations are not able to provide the mentioned charging speed and helped me to fix the issue at the station. Thanks Shaun ! ???I hopes Chevron fill fix the issues soon

Pressed for regular gas but charged me for plus grade gas. Asked the clerk why I was charged plus when I pressed regular and he asked if I wanted to take the gas out of my car to check grade. Called me stupid for asking a dumb question. Scammers here. Double check your receipts

If you are using gift cards, you need to go inside instead of self-service. Please remember to bring your JOURNIE reward card with you before using the gift cards. Because once you give them the gift card and forgot to show them the JOURNIE reward card, they will not help you. It’s our first time here with gift cards and the staff with moustache blamed us for forgetting to tell him about the JOURNIE card before using the gift cards. His attitude is terribly rude.

Waiting forever for full service gas even with my crutches sticking out of the car. The attendant saw me and the crutches and proceeded to deal with his recycling and kept gesturing for me to wait. I will never be back. Poor customer service

Very nice staff especially to Hamid. Hamid was shoveling the snow in the station and stopped when I approached for help checking and adding air to my tires. Never had tried putting and checking air before

This Arbutus/Valley location is clean and spacious. It is one of the two gas stations in the neighborhood I have been using in the last 10 years. Compared to the other one (ESSO), this Chevron has more problems with its machines (like pumps out of order, credit cards not accepted at the pump), and customer service was a hit a miss (depended on who was in charge). Last fall I had a battery problem and could not start my car. I asked the only guy (slim built, but I didn't get his name) in store if they have a portable jump starter which I could borrow, he said no but offered to help me with his own vehicle to jump start and I was on my way within minutes. Earlier this week I tried to fill up with "Regular" gas as usual but the pump locked into "Plus". I am fine with the purchase but thought I should tell the guy in charge of the problem (like they want you to tell them if they runs out of tissue paper at the pump). Mark the cashier said there is nothing he can, or will do, and insisted that it was my mistake because "no one has reported any problem all day" (it was 9 am on a quiet day amid COVID-19 lock down). In his failure to escalate a suspected machine problem,. hostile demeanor and ignorance on customer good will, Mark should not be in customer service.
