I frequently visit this station, both for work and personal. Going to the station tonight get let in then get yelled at to leave as they are shutting down. To my confusion with it is there was a customer in the store at the time. It’s strange that you get let in then told to leave as it’s your fault the attendant let you in. Now I will only got there a a last resort.

For the first time in my life I am weighting a terible review as my experiance an hour ago at the window with a woman in her 50s left me feeling sick to my stomatch she was yelling at me because I didn't tell her what I wanted by color and refused to sell me anything and I walked away totally shocked and frankly a bit intimidated iv lived in false creek for 8 years and walk to this store all the time but I will never do it again and iv never seen that type of behavior before what is this world coming to

I tried to buy gas today. The credit card reader didn't work so I went to prepay for my gas. The young man at the cash would not serve me through the little window and motioned me to come into the tiny little store. He didn't have a mask on so I left and bought my gas elsewhere.

They refused to exchange an unopened leaky propane tank that I got from them because I had not returned it within one day. They also refused to return my empty tank. I am now out $100 - the cost of the propane, a new propane tank, and a refill. The tank clearly states: No Refunds - Exchanges Only. It does not say must be exchanged within one day. Terrible customer service. You can get gas and propane from lots of stations. Suggest you go somewhere else.
