I visited on Saturday. It was busy, but the lady working was doing a great job helping everyone out as best she could. She did an excellent job helping me find the right size bra and a style I liked. She made shopping much more comfortable and less overwhelming. Personable, friendly, and eager to help. And I was able to get 4 sets for the price of 2! Crazy deal. I would definitely come back and shop here again.

I had the best experience at this store on Friday! I was a little hesitant about going because I had no idea what the experience would be like but it was truly amazing! The sales rep skylar was the sweetest and most helpful person, she made me feel so comfortable, truly listening to what I said I liked and disliked, continually bringing me things to try on even tho I’d switch back and forth a lot she was so patient! It was like shopping with a friend! She really made my experience so lovely and I’ll definitely come back specifically for her help :)))

Hello, I just wanted to write in to say that I have been a loyal customer for many years. I used to buy my lingerie from the Kitsilano, Vancouver location on the regular and then when it closed I would go to the Cambie, location in Vancouver. I was very happy and a satisfied customer and was always looking forward to the excellent customer care.But as I have tried the last three times to shop at the Cambie location I would find the store closed with a sign saying they would return at a specific time. This is during the daytime when you would expect the store to be open especially when it's during the regular store hours. So I would walk around, come back when the sign indicated the employee would be back but no one would be there. So I would walk around some more, an hour would pass then finally they would return.Today this happened again, I mentioned this to the sales person they got very defensive and tried to justify the store closure. I mentioned this to them because I felt this was not good business or customer care. I was on their side and I supported the idea of having two sales people on the floor to help the customers and help out the sales attendant.One other time I walked in the store and the same sales attendant was trying to close to go for a coffee /meal break with her spouse or partner and was trying to quickly rush me by asking what I was looking for and tell me if I could come back another time. I asked are you not open for customers? Is there no one else here to help you? She seemed annoyed and was a little frustrated and agitated and rushing me and not in the mood to help. I did not feel welcomed. I was a partially disabled customer who at the time was getting ready for brain surgery out of province, and traveling by plane and needed to get a comfortable bra for my stay in hospital and recovery. I ended up walking out and feeling very disappointed in the lack of care. I have never had that experience before in your stores.In the Kitsilano store the customer service was incredible. They helped fit your size and were very motivated to make sure you had the right size and fit. I have worked in customer service for over 40 years and have some knowledge on making sure the customer is taken care of. This is definitely not how to take care of a customer.Since I had these experiences with the same person perhaps it's the person who is not a great fit for customer service in your store. I now do not feel good or comfortable shopping at this store. I probably will not go back and in fact I will let others know how awful the customer care is at this location.I frequently write in positive feedback comments to stores and people who have gone above and beyond and are just plain good at customer service. I feel positive feedback is important as it rarely happens. I don't usually write in to complain. But this was just too much. I hope you are willing to look at the situation and at least try to find a solution that works for everyone.

Checked out this store today for the first time. I had put off bra shopping for a long time, since the last time I did it was a poor experience. I walked in today with hesitation, but I was so pleasantly surprised. The lady who was working there was very friendly and offered so much help and assistance even though I could tell they were short on staff. Not to mention the bras were very cute and comfortable. Will be back!

I attended the Cambie, Vancouver store yesterday afternoon with a friend. Bra shopping is already a very vulnerable experience to begin with, and the experience started out okay, however, once I was measured, it all went downhill from there. I am a 42 band size currently, and even though my friend and I are the same cup size, she had a smaller band size so her experience was better, but I can’t say the same. Once measured (and inaccurately), the sales person (Jas I believe) only presented one option for me, which is not what I was looking for. I indicated what I wanted, at which point was told in front of my friend that due to our difference in band size, my friend has many more options, however, I do not due to my size. I asked about alternative sizes and options and was told no, and that this Company would not have those options. She then behaved as though she had no time for me, and only helped my friend and never spoke to me again for the duration of our time in the store, even though she could see I was visibly upset. I walked out of the store in tears, feeling defeated and that if I ever wanted a pretty bra that I’m not swimming in, I would have to lose weight. Jas was more focused on my friend because she knew she could make a better sale. No connection with me whatsoever. It is very clear that size inclusivity for beautiful bras are not Change Lingerie’s forte and I will never attend that store again. I left the area, went to Understance on Robson, where they were amazing and I walked our with 3 sets and will be purchasing from that store from now on. They made me feel like I was not a terrible size and any style/silhouette of bra is attainable in far more sizes in their store.

Had an amazing experience only downside is I've had my current bra for just over 2 months (I bought 4 over the last 2 months as I'm not from the area) and the underworld has already come out of one of my bras. Worn maybe 10 times. Been washed and dried by hand once

I was walking by tonight I noticed they had a sale 50% off I decided to go in. I wanted to get some satin PJs, nice bra and panty set for the new year. Oh my God, she didn't even want to move from behind the cash. I asked her a question I had to bring the merchandise over to her because she was too lazy to come out from behind the desk. I couldn't believe it horrible service, no people skills whatsoever. I remember she was East Indian and she had a red dot in between her eyebrows. Oh my god no warm greeting no knowledge she was like a robot God for bid you ask her where is the price? It was too much work for her know smiling nothing like a poker face, oh I will not be coming back there ever now I think about it no wonder it's never busy. Look at the lousy service you get it's the customer that has to do the sales person's job. Oh, believe me, I'm gonna escalate this to the corporate office she was terrible. Oh my god she doesn't suggest anything nor take an interest in the customers request and certainly doesn't show you anything Do not ever go to this lingerie shop. First time I went in long ago they don't know how to measure, there's no people skills,knowledge and furthermore, I ended helping myself there was no service! I remember buying two bras, black lace and a skin tone lace. I tried the black on. It was good the skin tone bra I did not Try on once I got home I started looking at the bra I noticed it's not finished the lace was so unevenly cut it's was obvious was terrible material a $75 bra so this goes to show you there's no customer service at this lingerie store. It's a complete joke they just stand there like a robot its the customer that is helping themselves they just know how to press buttons God forbid you ask a question about the material they don't know anything it's a joke... do not go to the store, and I believe they had one at Metrotown a complete rip off for the amount of money they charge. Not once this East Indian girl smiled. As soon as I walked in. It's like I was inconveniencing her to have her self come out from the cash desk.

Of the handful of times I've visited this store, this has by far been the least pleasant. I love the product and selections and the material is far better than what would be offered at Victoria Secret, so much so I don't mind paying the extra cost.I entered the store and saw no sales clerk so I proceeded to browse around - I had the intention to make a purchase today. After a couple of minutes, a sales clerk comes out from the back, made direct eye-contact with me then ignored me as if annoyed, and continued to sort through lingerie. I made another round around the store until I was able to catch another sales person for some help. She told me they were limited in sizes, I said that's fine I will just get a bra-sizing and order online instead. She was already assisting 2 other customers but she tried her best to help me with the bra-sizing. Despite being busy, she was able to get my measurements and was knowledgable in how the bra should sit on my body. I was waiting for her to show me some bra styles but decided I didn't want to wait anymore and get on with my day's errands. Nevertheless, I did get a bra-sizing done and I decided she was just too busy so I would just order what I wanted online. Upon leaving, I directed a question at a new sales person (who had just clocked-in) but the sales person who ignored me in the beginning decided she would chime in, bluntly, and attempt to answer my question but led with "I don't work here anymore..." Thanks for letting me know that it's your last day but I did not need to know that nor does any customer need to feel like a burden for asking questions or requiring assistance. I feel if you are still an employee up to the moment you clock-out and leave the premises, you should continue to represent the company to the best of your abilities. Really disappointed with the experience this time but hopefully my next visit will be different.

Staff were so knowledgable and friendly. Sasha helped me immediately resize my bra and find me a sports bra. While the prices are very high, it was nice to have a big size selection. This is the only bra store I even shop at anymore!
