This is my local pet food store! I want to leave a review because I feel like it’s tucked away in a bit of a not so obvious location. It’s a one man show. The owner is very nice, and they carry Acana which is awesome. Not many places carry it, and it’s saves me the trip going all the way to Highgate to the specialty stores because Petsmart doesn’t carry it. The hours are a bit limited, but it’s so nice to have a pet store that’s in the heart of Joyce. Support local business!

I’ve been coming here for around 2 years and have always had a great experience. Because of my busy schedule I have been ordering my dog’s food and getting it delivered to my house, which we always receive on the same day that the order has been placed. The owner is the sweetest and has provided the best communication when it comes to delivery time. I am so glad and happy I found Champlain Pets!

I've been going there to get my dog food and treats. Competitive price and they offer free delivery in Van and Richmond. You can order online with lots of choices. Owner there is nice and responsive. Great to support small local business in these tough times.

Followed owner from his previous location to Kingsway & Joyce area. His small store and website carries many different varieties of pet food, I had never even heard of. Both my cats have major protein allergies. Poultry,fish,beef...you name it. Fortunately he carries a brand with novel proteins that works for them. The newer location is farther to go but it will remain my go to pet store.
