Awful terrible customer service. Sold me a mattress and assured me that I would get a mattress cover. I have gone in 7 times, called 4 times - apparently I don't get one anymore. They never call back, and they sold the company last year.. to a new company that treats inquiring customers terribly. Yikes.. will never send anymore people to Casper.

Casper delivered me a broken bed frame one month ago (purchased online). Customer service emailed me 4 times with "We have no solution, sorry." Since they are unable to resolve this situation I asked for a refund and they didn't respond. The last I heard from them was 9 days ago. I will be reporting them to the BBB if this doesn't get rectified within the next 5 business days. Hopefully your experience is better than mine!

My absolute favourite mattress place in the city. I have been using a Casper mattress since the past year and a half. It completely changed my lifestyle. The staff is so nice and well educated. Especially Gio, Alessio and Sandy! They all helped me like a team without making me feel pressured at all.

Company is run by thieves and scammers. I was looking for a new mattress and went online to find a Casper mattress. I took down the specifications that were on the website and had a custom bed made to fit those specifications. When we went into the store, we were told that a mattress with those specifications didn't exist and we're turned away without any assistance whatsoever. Just thrown to the curb. When we looked online later that afternoon, we noticed that the sizes has all been updated and changed. The company however has not taken any action to fix the issue or amend the error on their end. Not even an apology for that matter. Needless to say, we bought a much comfort and cheaper mattress from another company.

Service at the store was great and was the product I purchased, but DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PHONE NUMBER!I have never once received a spam call on this number and am usually very careful about giving it out in order to prevent that; however, when I was in store yesterday I gave it when prompted because Casper is supposed to be a reputable company. Turns out that was a mistake to assume. They sell their customers information instead of protecting it and the multiple spam calls I've received since clearly prove it.

I went to Casper for the first time this weekend. Roshan helped us and was so lovely. She was attentive, informative, and overall very lovely. I also never felt pressured from her to purchase something right then and there - which I value strongly as nobody likes a pushy salesperson. I would recommend Casper now thanks to Roshan's customer service. Thanks for a very pleasant first experience :)

Best experience we’ve had in a long time. Gio Pempengco - sleep specialist ! From the minute we walked through the door he greeted us with a smile and explained patiently each and every bed while we were able to try out the different mattresses.Gio is very knowledgeable, professional, excellent listening skills, understanding what we are looking for while keeping our budget in mind. Gio emailed us all the details right after our meeting and gave us time to decide without any pressure which was very considerate since this is a big purchase for us and during inflation so high and everything being so expensive this was not an easy decision to make.Compare to other bed stores in the city this was more or less within our budget,, good terms/conditions and warranty.Gio’s customer service and care - was just exceptional, sharing his own experience all leading factors in our decision to shop and make our purchase with him. This world needs more honest caring people like Gio 10/10, would recommend to anyone. Thank you kindly.

We were looking for a mattress as we needed a new one, we came across a number of options however Casper was by far the best choice, the customer service we received at the store was exceptional and we could not be happier with the purchase, so happy in fact we bought Casper pillows as well

Jeannie was excellent! Super knowledgeable and helped us select our new mattress. Loved the little rooms where you could try before you buy. A fantastic all around experience.
