Been going here for 2 years now since we got our puppy. Sometimes we go in and get some random chew for our dog just so we have an excuse to talk to Dawn, who is super knowledgeable on all kinds of pet care, and is just a really awesome person to chat with! We've discovered so many new products we love because of this store ?
The parrots Paula and June are always a highlight of our time there!

After being a loyal customer for 2 years, shopping for my puppy and fostering/sitting different dogs, I’ve spent a lot of money here to support this small business, even though it’s more expensive than chain stores. My puppy loves this place and every time we walk by, she (an 85-pound lab) tries to go in. Usually, the front door is closed, but last week it was open. I had my own coffee with me, and she dragged me in, so happy to see the door open.
The cashier/clerk, whom I know, started screaming at me, saying coffee is not allowed inside. I totally understand this policy and tried to explain that my dog just loves this place and pulled me in. She then said, “Well, you are the human, control your dog.”

I love this pet store. They're knowledgeable and super helpful. I shop here all the time and enjoy chatting about my cat and their pets, many of which are rescue birds. They know their birds well and enforce rules around interaction with them in the store, which I totally respect. I just wish everyone did. Keep up the great work Dawn and Ron!

I came in here looking for CBD for my dog on Sunday, and to my surprise there was a very happy bird hanging out with the owner. The atmosphere was lovely here, the owner was very helpful, and I found everything I needed. I would recommend this store to other pet owners.

This is our neighbourhood happy place! Dawn and Ron, the owners, are amazing humans that do so much for animals, especially birds, in need. I love visiting with my cat and dog and chatting with Dawn about bird things (future rescue parrot owner here!) and visiting with the resident parrots June and Paula. It's always a highlight going to this little gem of a store. If Cascadia carries it, you know it's going to be good quality and great for your pet.

Wow! Just wow. The customer service I received with my online order was amazing. They really went out of their way to make sure we got the right food for our birds on time! Clear, efficient communication and 100% follow-up. And this is on top of carrying premium bird food products at competitive prices.Highly recommend!!!!
