Highly upset! This location takes 0 accountability for their mistakes. My sales rep Fernando gave me the wrong ring size. He advised to go back to the nearest Cartier for an exchange and to my surprise, the closest location was 8hrs away(4hrs each way). On top of that, I was told an exchange was only possible if I paid taxes. It wasn’t state tax difference, I had to pay taxes of the TOTAL amount all over AGAIN. Mind you, Vancouver already has a higher tax rate than Atlanta GA(USA). So if anything, I should have been getting a refund. But, NO! I had to pay an additional $117.42USD. When I reached out to this location regarding this matter, all I got was an apology for their mistake. So any errors is at the expense of the customer, of course!PS. And you can’t just return the ring because it was an international purchase. So now you’re trapped! So you either pay the difference or you’re stuck with a useless ring or take a flight back.Terrible service!!

Lovely experience.I didn’t have to make an appointment, a quick call was enough to check if they had what I wanted and if I could come to pick it up.Dora was very helpful and funny. The whole process was very smooth. Wish I had more time to look at other pieces. Will come back for sure.

Upd: contacted customer service, basically they dont care much.Save yourself a buck and chose to shop at cartier in US or Europe.Unfortunately, my recent visit to Cartier fell short of my expectations. The experience was disappointing, and it didn't meet the standards I've come to associate with the brand. Improvement in service and overall experience would be greatly appreciated for future visits.

This was my first Cartier experience, we walked-in, no prior booked appointments but did call the store before hand to let them know we'll be visiting. Our Sales associate was Dara, she is exceptional with her job, greeted us with big smile, offered us drinks and chocolates and helped me find my first Cartier piece with great skills. Anyone one going to Vancouver Cartier store, ask for Dara she is great and welcoming. Really amazing experience!!

I wish I read all these reviews beforehand. The SA we dealt with seemed very cold with zero smile. I was also somewhat surprised that the luxury brand SA was not wearing white gloves when handling the high end luxury products (maybe what I was looking at wasn't that of expensive to them?) But even that's fine. There can be one off day. But what made me mad the most was terrible wrapping. I ended up buying a bracelet there and there was no paper wrapping around the box or even a ribbon to hold the box lid tight in place. They also charged me 25cents for the bag to the customer that spent $$$$! Their enthusiasm to the sustainability is no joke. Very disappointing services. Go to the next door at Tiffany for outstanding customer services.

The service I received from sales associate, Dara, was exceptional. From start to finish, she was a pleasure to deal with. Communication was always prompt and professional. I could not have had a better experience getting this special timepiece from Cartier.

I was visiting Vancouver from Seattle, and 1. I had a question about possible future models of Tank Louis, and 2. I was curious after reading some reviews if I'd be profiled/turned away at the door, requiring an appointment.I went in late afternoon on the weekend, and they just let me in the door. Maybe they had an empty calendar? (I was a disheveled tourist, not particularly well dressed.)I didn't look around too much, since I had very particular questions about the watches I was interested in. The salesperson answered my questions fine, and assisted me while trying on some similar models. Since they didn't have what I wanted (which is not available in their current offering), I thanked her and left.They didn't seem particularly enthusiastic about selling to me, as other reviewers said, but the experience wasn't entirely unpleasant, either. Kind of sterile, but not hostile.I'm not sure if I'd purposely pick this location over others to buy memorable items, but I thought it was fine if you're looking for a popular jewelry, new watch, etc.

My first experience at Cartier! When I first visited to kinda browse, the salesperson was very attentive, helping me with what I was looking for and with size. After few weeks, having made final decision, I revisited the store to make my purchase. The salesperson was very friendly in re-checking the sizes and treated us with macarons as he explained it was their first anniversary at the current location. Amazing experience and friendly people!

I had the unfortunate experience with this branch, and I must say, it was highly disappointing.I cannot help but feel let down by Cartier's customer care service. The lack of promptness, empathy, and willingness to resolve issues the overall experience and left me questioning the brand's commitment to customer satisfaction.As a customer who bought Cartier's products, I expected better treatment and support.

I had the best experience at Cartier Vancouver thanks to Dara. She was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and went absolutely above and beyond to ensure I had an incredible experience and made the right decision in my purchase. I was trying to decide between two watches (one which was out of stock) and one that wasn’t and she could tell I wanted the one that was out of stock and was supportive in me waiting to buy the one I really loved! And then, she somehow managed to pull a miracle and find me the one I wanted. I can’t wait to work with Dara again!
