Doorman doesn’t know how to open door for customers, girl greeter was a bit slow and the sales personnel (didn’t get his name was the most rude of all) turning and twisting my arm without permission (and roughly, too) instead of verbally instructing me - talking way too loud and obnoxiously - this is not the type of employee I want at Cartier

I recently had an exceptional experience at Cartier, thanks to Fernando. He is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and expertise. His attention to detail and passion for the brand truly made my shopping experience enjoyable and memorable. If you’re planning to buy at Cartier, make sure to ask for Fernando – you won't be disappointed!

Horrible experience with Fernando, the process is absolutely disgusting ,filthy and not comfortable, his hands non stop touching his beard ,mouth and nose while having interaction…the experience is very unprofessional and disappointing !!! Make sure DO NOT ask for him .

My recent interaction with Cartier boutique in Vancouver, specifically with Mayank over the phone, was disappointing. Mayank's attitude was unhelpful and filled with unnecessary attitude. I called seeking assistance, but instead encountered a dismissive and unprofessional demeanor. This experience tarnished my impression of Cartier's customer service, which I expected to match the luxury reputation of the brand. I hope that Cartier takes steps to ensure their staff provide courteous and helpful service to all customers.

I have brought a vintage Cartier watch that was given to me as a family heirloom and I wanted to see if I can get it fix and the associate Fernando was was so helpful, very friendly and really valued me as a customer and had offer water and even a colouring book for my 2 year old son! I was so pleased and happy on the service I was given and was able to take in my vintage watch which had a lot of meaning. Thank you Fernando for your excellent service :)

Service was prompt and courtesy. Was offer beverage and snack while purchasing. The agent also explain the product in detail and ask question on why I am buying. The store all work together in exceeding expectation.

The new Cartier location and atmosphere is certainly elevated and better than their old location on Howe Street. The staff are very helpful and take their time with their client. Coffee is great. Shout out to Aida and Michelle and the manager Mike. I had a very pleasant experience.

We walked in and were welcomed immediately by friendly staff even though I didn’t have an appt booked. I already knew which ring I wanted to purchase and they immediately got us a wonderful sales associate named Dara. She was very professional and friendly and took her time to explain to me all the different ways the ring can be worn. I was very lucky they had the ring I wanted in my size. The entire experience was smooth just like you would expect from a brand like Cartier. Nothing short of amazing. Dara also ensured I received the cleaning kit solution, travel pouch and some perfume samples. All in all, we had a wonderful experience at this boutique and would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase from Cartier. Thank you Dara for making our experience so pleasant and professional.

Considering Cartier is a high-end brand, naturally one would also expect equally high quality customer service. Unfortunately during my visit, my sales person, Fernando, continually displayed unhygienic behaviour that created an uncomfortable experience. A lack of awareness of basic manners such as constant sniffling, incessant scratching of the face, touching of the nose and mouth was difficult to ignore. This was occurring as I was assisted trying on pieces. Consequently, I was deterred from doing business at this store due to this uncomfortable experience and I will likely never come back to this location.
