Went in twice and turned away twice. Seemstress works 9 to 5 please come tomorrow she said. Then turn up in thosw hours the next day only to be turned away again. Sorry she's leaving early today. Well why didn't you tell me that yesterday. Customer service zero

Local neighbourhood drycleaner with easy drop off, great service and excellent care and attention to cleaning and any special requests. Dry cleaning is ready on date specified and if you need a rush job, they are always happy to work with you to ensure you have your dry cleaning back by the "rush' date. Friendly staff and excellent seamstress on site for any alterations. The last alteration I had done was complicated and yet it came back to me beautifully done and at a reasonable cost. This is my go to dry cleaner

I bought a camel coloured trench coat when away in Paris and packed it next to my blue jeans for the trip home. Sadly the jeans transferred blue dye to my new coat. I thought the coat was ruined, but I decided to try this dry cleaner that 2 of my friends had recommended. They told me upfront that it would be $60 and that they may not be able to remove the stain, but that they would try. I got my coat back yesterday and the blue is gone and it looks like new! I think $60 is reasonable to dry clean a coat. But if price is an issue, I would suggest carousel for special items. I don’t dry clean often, and I am more than happy to have my coat looking beautiful again.

The quality is good but it was $110 including tax for dry cleaning a sports coat and 2 piece suit
That is excessive
When I questioned the price, they said “ you are used to the price schedule of the previous owner, we do a better job”. I thought the quality was just fine before
At a much cheaper price
I understand inflation but I check the prices of other dry cleaners - roughly a third cheaper
I feel gouged and threw out my bag and will never go back

Simply the best in class. Green cleaning practices and my clothes are never ruined like the cheap cleaners. So glad they moved to my area as the pick up & delivery service saves me $$ in time.
