“This craftsman collision definitely goes above and beyond to make sure they return your vehicle back to the original condition it was before your accident. I can tell you from past experiences with other places this is hard to find . They definitely went the extra mile to make sure I was very happy .As a customer that is very good to feel and I will definitely recommend this location but I do hope I do not ever have to come back lol .”
“Honestly an amazing experience. The staff were all lovely, and really helpful. Bowen was working the front when I first came in, and made the process super smooth, he was also really accommodating and managed to get my car in before I went on vacation, so everything was ready when I got back.
Also they set up my car rental so I was able to immediately have a car while the repairs were happening.
At the end when I was picking up my car the person walking me through the repairs that were done (either Sam or Wayne I think) was really clear and gave me all the info I needed.
I had kinda assumed it would be a whole painful ordeal getting my vehicle repaired after an accident, but it was a crazy smooth experience. Really impressed with everyone involved.”

“I have had multiple experiences with this location of Boyd Autobody over the years. My neighbourhood if you don’t have a garage your car can get damaged easily. So, each time I have had to go to Boyd to get my car fixed. I have always left happy and extremely impressed with the repairs. Also, Amy has been so courteous and helpful with me. Being as I work nights, I'm not usually able to be awake during the days. So, I have had to at different occasions reach out later in the evening and she was always there to help me figure out a solution. Even yesterday when she was home sick, she messaged me to let me know the repair shop was trying to reach me! Thank you, Amy. Also, the repairs to my car are always done so well and my car is so clean inside and out. I highly recommend bringing your car here!!”
