Polite, friendly and knowledgeable pharmacist with great patience and customer service skills. Explain in great details for drug use and even the sickness being treated. Over the phone inquiries regarding reaction after drug use are also answered thoroughly.

The people here are great . they are multiligual ; cantonese and english. They helped my elderly mom and Dad for many years even when my parents moved to various senior homes . they write notes in chinese for my parents on the bottle because they cant read english and the letters are small on the label... good people . but they are quite busy. that is why the 4 stars. it is a small operation

I was over charged by 30.00$ from my checking account by CanPharm, submitted my bank statement as requested to them twice. Then told all I could get was a 30.00$ credit, not a refund. A big circus, I never received either. They ripped me off. Buyer beware, Go elsewhere!
