Some of the best customer service you'll find anywhere.Shoutout to the great and powerful Ethan, at the Cambie St Auto Service in Vancouver, who got me and my family back on the road FAST. He made sense of everything and followed through on what he said he was going to do in amazing time. Give this man a raise, he's killing it out here.

Review is more about “security guard” by the exit door. Very rude and aggressive person, full size, tall black male. The way he asking for receipts is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!! Very aggressive tone. I didn’t show him receipt, because i paid for my items and most importantly i don’t have to show receipts to “security guard”. He ain’t law enforcement officer or anything. That gentleman using very rude and vulgar language. He called me F name multiple times!!!Does he work for Canadian Tire directly? If yes, god help us….no manners and no customer service whatsoever!!!! As i can see, this is not first review about that security guard….manager doesn’t really care.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. This store has a chronic issue with bicycle theft, and they know about it but refuse to do anything. I have had things stolen from my bike, and seen other bicycles stripped bare. Please do not leave you bike in front of this store!!!!

Awful customer service, if you buy something that doesn’t work, they don’t refund you but issue their card so you can buy another item that doesn’t work

The store is struggling with delivering the customers shopping experience, the old sales tactics don't work anymore today. People choose to shop online because it has its advantages, it's fast and efficient. We don't want to spend half an hour just to find one thing we need, we need to go to the store, get what we need and go, period. Time is money, if you can't get this right, the store will close soon. I hope the Canadian Tire survives this economic downturn. Good luck!

Awsome Canadian tire for the location its not as big as some of the other locations but good enough lots here . Sports, camping, water toys , all seasonal stuff , hunting and fishing, home appliances, car stuff and etc . I gotta admit i love the escalator ride up and down with the west coast native art ....its very cool and fun to go on lol ..... this location has customers parking and its close to Canada line and other public transportation nearby

Are you ever going to fix the air compressor outside? This place just gets worse and worse and instead of actually doing something about it. They just hire a security guard, although he is the man. More like Canadian TIRED!
