Waited for 20 mins in curbside pickup. Someone comes up and says it’s in a locker upstairs. Go to the locker, nothing there. 40 mins to pickup an online order.

Curbside pickup is located underground so no cell reception. Went inside to pick up but they would not help. Very frustrating.

I needed help understanding how to do a few minor fixes on my car and Braiden that works in the automotive department was a dream employee to deal with. He went above and beyond to make sure I had the right product and that I understood how to install it on my own. He helped guide me through the process. Best experience at any Canadian Tire. August 11th went to pickup curbside order. Checked in, message said I was #1 in line, order would be out shortly. After 5 minutes checked email again, found a text advising me the order was in the green boxes at customer service inside the store. So much for curbside pickup. Went inside, up elevator to 2nd floor and found green boxes. Opened box, empty. Went to customer service to cancel order. Got an email receipt thanking me for purchase. While clerk processing cancelation, another clerk shows up with the order. Took cancelation. Canadian Tire has seen last of me. Update: November 2023 tried curbside pickup again. 1st in line, no other customers. Slow slow slow slow.

Went in and bought an oil filter that I was told would fit my car. Got home drained the oil and realised it was the wrong filter and would not fit... Poor service and knowledge.
