I dealt with 2 Canada Post people at London Drugs on Davie when I asked for what I thought was a simple forwarding of mail for a deceased relative. The first worker was clued out and had a poor understanding of the process. He tortured me for 30 minutes, then passed me on to a female worker after getting nowhere. I kept telling her I wanted the data mover service but the screen kept telling me I had opted out. I paid over $300 and asked why I wasn't getting the data mover service. The postal woman said she didn't get that option on the screen to opt in, and I would just have to contact businesses myself to notify them of the address change. Isn't that why I'm paying you $300 for???? Then at the end of the ordeal I asked for a paper confirmation of what I just paid for. Then the rude beeatch had the nerve to yell at me telling me that all I get is a reference number. Nasty incompetent woman. She needs to learn more about how to do her job instead of directing her ignorant anger at me, the customer she's getting paid to serve. Or failing that, this woman should not be allowed to interact with the public in a customer service role.

I go to this location on September 3 at 3:40, the worker there was rude; loud and pushy, I got yell by him today over a tape….I ask him if he could tape my package for me, he said I need to buy the tape, and maybe because I was slow, so he was annoyed and impatient about me standing there (where the merchandise are not the line)and thinking about if I should buy the tape… so he start speaking to me like he is annoyed and thought my package on the side then start helping other people ( I understand the helping other customers first part, but he was not nice to me), anyway he got angry after I calmly say someone here use to do it for me, I understand maybe the other person was just being nice and don’t mine to help me. But he was getting loud and yell that person got fired because he helps people to tape their packages…. At this point I was feeling very uncomfortable and threat by the situation, so I tell him I want to go to other location. But then he printed out the label and put it on my none tape box and want to ship it…. I was like but I still need to tap my box, and I say it again I want to go to other location, but he got super mad and said I already scanned it, he repeat it like three time and refuse to give my package back, I am not even allow to get my package back and go to another location without getting yell by him….I don’t mind buying a pack of tape, but the way he treat customers is unbelievably rude, I feel threatened and scare, people like him should not be the face for Canada post, he need to learn how to control his anger issue.

Was trying to get some help at the Canada Post office in London Drugs on Davie street on Monday December 18 at 1:30 pm and got obsolutely terrible, unacceptable service. This canada post clerk person definitely has never had any customer service training and in fact absolutely zero anderstanding of Canadian people skills and culture. Incredibly inconsiderate, disrespectful and plain insulting. He was roodly pushing his only option when I wanted to know more about my options and then seeing my frustration he started laughing into my face. This kind of people should not represent Canada post and definitely not a face of Canada.

Sending Christmas Chocolates to China, please remember you need custom form filled through either Canada Post APP or Website.And can just in English (they are not accepting in Chinese) but u can write Chinese on the package.Addresses written in their APP must be written in English/Pinyin. Once written, it cannot be modified.

The rep for Canada Post is a rude and mean person. Her customer service is terrible and she laughed when I said I was going to report her. She has no shame of her attitude.

If there was an option to give 0 stars, I'd choose that one. Terrible courier service. Courier doesn't call or leave any notice where to pick your package. They just send back your stuff, and then what should have been 5 days of waiting, becomes 25.
