The old Asian lady who works there is clueless. Literally witnessed her waste the time of customers before me and then proceeded to waste my time. The Persian lady who works there normally is much better.

Wow! The old lady who works at the counter is the rudest person I have ever met! 😍 She kept cutting my sentences and raising her voice when I was explaining clearly where I wanted to send the package to. 🥰 She was a bit nicer to the guy after me though, so I have no idea what I did to piss her off 😇 Respectfully, please learn some basic manners, it’s not hard to be nice to people 🧚✨💕

Terrible service. I got there 10 mins before closing to drop off the parcel and the lady at the front said they are closed. Like how? Its still 10 mins left for closing. The lady said “oh we follow toronto time so cleared out our tills”. Like is it gonna hurt you to follow Vancouver time? Why are you even in Vancouver if u want to follow toronto time. Stupid excuse to not do work. Wont go there again.

I would recommend speaking with an external canada post agent before using this office, or go to a different one. The worker did not take down all the necessary addresses to send a one of a kind expensive item I made for a client. It was sent to a facility across the country over the course of a month and I am still not allowed to take action or oversee its arrival with me or the client.

Terrible service. The lady refused to give me a piece of tape to help stick down my parcel insisting I buy a whole roll. Whilst I can see it’s my responsibility to seal my parcel, what happened to some good old fashion service “let me help you, here’s a piece of tape”. I worked in customer service for many years and I was most happy to help lend a pen ?️ or piece of tape as part of my service. I would never get that service at Canada post on Main Street.

The lady was so rude. I’m new here and her bad manner didn’t help. She called me rude when she kept raising her voice at my simple questions. I was mad please train your staff. If i saw her again i wont go there. Rude and egoistic service!

The employee told me the only options for sending letter mail from Vancouver to Edmonton is paying $70 for two days or regular mail with $1.07 stamp.I asked her a couple times “are there any other options?” She repeatedly said no, but wouldn’t look up the postal code or options at all.This is false. Now my mail won’t arrive on time.

Busy location with long line ups. They don’t communicate with people standing in line. I got to the front after waiting 30 minutes. Was told to step aside and go online to file a customs form and come back. Did that and was told by one sour faced agent to go to the back of line again. Waited another 15 minutes until the other much more pleasant and helpful agent came and took me out of the line to get my parcel sorted. She gets the star on this review.With all the moaning and groaning Canada Post does about other shipping carriers taking their revenue and the difficult keeping Canada post workers employed - I had two options to send two small items worth $20 to the UK. Pay $50 for air or $26 for surface which takes two months and no tracking. Never again will I ship anything nationally or internationally using Canada Post. Absolute disgrace.
