Our family recently traveled to Canada, and we had a wonderful shopping experience here.
Special thanks to Noel for providing us with excellent service. He patiently introduced the products, helped us try on different items, and even checked the stock in the warehouse for us!
In the end, we happily purchased 10 items! We highly recommend Noel, as it’s because of such great employees and service that we were able to shop comfortably and happily. The other staff members in the store were also very friendly and welcoming, always with a smile. Thanks to Chen E E as well, she reminded us lots and gave us many helpful details on how to care for the clothes .
We will definitely come back next time we have the chance!”

Guys I advise you not to recommend the dry cleaner Fletchers! Really unprofessional place. I wanted to have my CG cleaned in Vancouver before going back to Europe and in the end I couldn’t manage it :(
I will share with you my story:
Really bad customer experience in Fletchers. I was on holidays in Canada and got recommended this dry cleaner from Canada Goose. I called to ask if they were able to have it cleaned by the 29th of September and was told they could do it. I took my CG on Monday 23rd of September and they told me they would have it ready by 29th of September. When I went to pick up my CG I was told they couldn’t do it because they had a lot of work. I am extremely unhappy because I have to travel back to Europe and I couldn’t get it cleaned. These people didn’t even contact me to let me know that they were not gonna do it. I found out when we went to pick it up…. Don’t ever go to this laundry! Extremely unprofessional if you can’t do it then don’t commit…

Thanks to Aunt Tiffany and the manager sister for helping me and my mother! The service was very thorough. Not only did they help us pick up more than a dozen pieces of clothing to try on, but they also helped us communicate with the Banff store to mail us styles they didn’t have in their store!

On August 1, 2024, I was very happy to come to Vancouver for a seminar and find the Canada Goose jacket I like.
Because my English is not good, I asked if there was any Chinese service as soon as I entered the door. The door service staff helped me find a Chinese-speaking person to assist me. The person who served me this time was also a sister from Taiwan. Although I didn’t know her name, she introduced me very carefully. She recommended me a great jacket (MacMillan Parka gray and black label), which is worth the price. It's very high. Although I didn't originally go there to see this coat, the more I looked at it after I bought it, the more I liked it. If you ever go to Vancouver and want to find a Canada Goose jacket, you can ask for her service (although I don’t know her name, but I took a photo with her). She is very kind. After buying it, she also introduced me to some things to do in Vancouver. You can go to Granville Island, that place is really good! It was a very good experience for me to buy a Canada Goose jacket from this store in Vancouver.

Came in on 8/6/24, originally planned for my SO to look and try on a jacket that she eyed on, but Saida was very accommodating and patient with the needs and sizing. Decided to purchase one (also the cheap USD-CAD rate helped!) since the service was superb! Thanks Saida!

I had a great trip to the canada goose store today. i was met by kaori who was very patient and had a keen. eye to help me find what i was looking for. she showed me the lighter weight puffer jackets in 4 different varieties and even tried on a woman's jacket so i could take pictures to show my wife in case she wanted a matching one (still deciding on that one). the store is beautiful and the checkout desk is made of a large block of raw granite/marble.

This was our first visit to Vancouver and our first time shopping at Canada Goose. We were very fortunate to meet Typhany, who was extremely helpful and quickly assisted us in finding the right style and size. Since we needed to transfer stock, she accurately located other stores with inventory and arranged for it to be sent to the specified area. It was a very pleasant shopping experience.
